76, Springfield OR

I have lived down the street from here for the past 10 years and am glad I did because this 76 has its own Growler fill right inside and/or through the drive thru!

Mostly great place, service and value.
However, there are a few grouchy employees, on gasline, that dampers ya day, lol.

On now 4 separate occasions over the last 2 months I was left standing outside for someone to fill my propane tanks only to be ignored by the staff. On time I waited 25 minutes, the gentleman had no vehicles outside to tend to, and instead of helping me fill my propane tanks he hid inside the island and then only came out when more vehicle arrived who wanted gasoline. It's incredibly pathetic that this fuel station provides a service to fill propane, yet the employees are so rude about providing that service. My family and I no longer come to this station for fuel.

Slow and people who work there don't pay attention at all. It's their social hours

Gas is cheap but the lines are chaotic with too many people who apparently don't pay attention to the flow of traffic. Pumps are SLOW, took about 15-20 minutes to fill up and we weren't even on E. That's not including the time we spent waiting in line since the other pump was out of order, probably spent 45 minutes here today. They are also short staffed which I'm sure doesn't help. But I've been here other times when it's less busy and been fueled up and gone in 10 minutes.

The disrespectful and rude red haired girl missing her teeth needs to be fired. 2 people got their gas pumped both facing each other front to front. I was behind one of them waiting my turn…. I wait for 5 minutes and instead of coming up to me as soon as I pulled in to politely asking me to go around, she waited as I’m pulling up to the pump to get gas… she comes in front of my car with her hand out and blocks me from going up to the pump and instead lets the other people go first. Then yells at me “that’s not the way the line is going” yet she just let two other people do it. There was no structure to the lines and NO SIGNS OR CONES directing traffic. I then told her she needs to put up signs if she’s going to do that to people and she yelled “well you don’t make the rules”. She is a rude and inconsiderate person and quite frankly she doesn’t make the rules either. There are TWO entrances and she needs to structure them to serve people from both sides. There are several other employees there that are way better than her. I know they are short staffed but get some structure if you’re going to pull that stunt. I did nothing wrong and she had an attitude the entire time. Not only that I had to waste MY TIME when she could have asked politely, early on. Please properly train that rude girl or fire her. She’s the worst and slowwwwwwww!

If you need propane, good luck if they have more than a few cars getting gas. They understandably serve gas customers first as that's where most of the money is coming. It would be nice if they sent another employee out to help with propane when they get a little busy though.

I go here for gas. When I need something quick I go to the drive up window. I've always been treated with respect and taking care of promptly I think it's a great little place to get a snack sometimes too.

As of the past few weeks the gas attendants here are just slow and unorganized. I shop here for my morning supplies and gas every single day. My only complaint is how the people pumping gas are so slow. Lines put into the streets. And when it's super busy some attendants will put cones in front of half the pumps. I use to work a 12 pump station by myself during rush hour and never had this problem. I hope they step it up or I'm gonna start going to chevron just down the road.

This specific Unocal has recently had some of the best prices on gas in the area.

New Rocket 76 is finally open after completing replacement of the entire gas station, tanks, pumps, cement, etc. They have had the lowest price in the area since reopening.

Usually the best fuel prices in Springfield but definitely the price fluctuates erratically. So use your gas app.

I would have to pay an *extra $10.00" to fill up my tank at other places that charges around $5.00 a gallon!

Attendants I've dealt with have always been courteous and quick. Best priced gas this side of town. Never had an issue. Would recommend.
