No idea as to why theres so many ratings for staff when it should be mainly be appointed towards the apartment complex itself. Lived here for 9 months, throughout the entire time one or two of the elevators were almost always out of order for maintenance. The front desk staff is nice, but the higher ups could care less about you, especially the leasing manager and manager. They’re extremely welcoming when you express interest in wanting to sign a lease but after they’ve got you, they leave you for dead. The mailing situation is also extremely unorganized. Break-ins are also frequent, car windows are shattered and bikes are often missing a wheel or two if the whole thing isn't already missing. The only bonus in the building would be the gym but if you’re a student looking to workout I’d just go to the rec on campus. Also ventilation isn't very great, if your neighbor is cooking something the next two rooms next to them is going to smell exactly whats cooking. There’s quite literally no privacy as you can literally hear your neighbors lecture through the vents as well. The high rates don’t match the quality of the place.

Seriously my favorite place I have ever lived. The workers are so sweet and my place is so spacious and beautiful.

If I knew ahead of time that the overall maintenance of this building was as terrible as it is, I would have never signed a lease. The wifi is often not working, as well as the elevators. Front of house is friendly, but the actual management is dismissive and rude. Even as I write this both elevators are down. My first year here I had no windows in my unit, which wasn’t disclosed to me. Overall, if you’re thinking of leasing at the 959, don’t.

Amaya was kind enough to help me through the application and leasing process as well as give me a tour of the building. I was very impressed by the amenities — a rooftop pool and hot tub, gas grills and fireplaces, and plenty of communal study and gathering spaces. They only had a model room for the 2 Bed - 2 Bath E room type, and I'm looking for a studio, but I was still able to get a good idea of where I'd be staying. I'll update this review if I end up living there in the fall.

Amaya showed us the facilities yesterday, we were very pleased. It is very nice apartment complex. After the tour of facilities, we end signing for fall of 2022.thank you!

Living here last year was interesting for sure. The elevators would break often making them unusable which is quite annoying in a 12 story building. My room did not have a window which was not disclosed before I signed my lease and which also seems like an extreme fire hazard. The rooms are TINY for what you pay. The Garage door also often breaks, and they leave the door open and unattended when it is, which lead to car break ins last year. The staff was nice but undertrained by management and so they cannot do much, and when interacting with management, they were rude 8/10 times. Overall I would live literally anywhere else in Eugene over 959 again.

I honestly really enjoy living here. Location, amenities, the apartments themselves, are all great. It is a little spendy, but its for the most part worth it.
If I had one critique, it would be the internet provider here. The wifi goes down a bit too often and a bit too long, which has caused me a decent amount of frustration. But that really is not on 959 its on Pavlov.

Amaya, was the best! She was thoughtful, relatable and so well spoken about the complex. It was like talking to a friend:) I can’t wait to live at 959.

Beware all the fake reviews on here! I am a current 959 resident, been here throughout COVID and I can not stand this apartment complex. Yes, the rooms and facilities are nice for a college apartment complex. Thats expected from a newly built complex.
However, the management of this building is horrendous. Bike theft from their "secure" storage facility is common, mine was locked up yet still stolen. Front desk basically told me to F off. The facilities have been closed off for a large part of the year with little explanation, and certainly no logic in doing so. Website states 24/7 gym, this is not true, it opens at 9: 00 at the earliest, with no explanation why. Patio has also been closed for the majority of the year (without explanation)
Good luck trying to reason with the staff, they are here solely to sign you into a lease, however, cant blame them much as they are just students looking to get paid.
I have a long list of problems with this place, and while I like my actual apartment, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Stay away from the large corporations that take advantage of the students/residents. $50 to replace a plastic room key, frequent bike theft and car burglary, etc. I had high expectations for this place and was let down at virtually every opportunity.

I called this property to inquire about housing for the fall term of 2021. Ryan Ballis was exceptional over the phone. He offered great customer service and was friendly and outgoing. Definitely a place I want to come tour if they have people like him working there!

This apartment is wonderful! Lauren was an AMAZING tour guide and communicated so well all of the information about the apartment! Because of her, I will be signing my lease to live here next year! Thank god for Lauren shes an angel:)

I enjoyed living at 959 during my sophomore year. The convenient location and dedicated + hardworking staff members like Andrew Lynch are a big part of the why I decided to come back to the riverside sky scrapper for my senior year.

959 Franklin is the Best off campus Apartment Complex! Even when I had questions about the upcoming Leases or Covid Related questions I called and spoke to Lauren and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this complex to anyone wanting to live off of campus!

Wow! I'm moving to Eugene next fall and was completely overwhelmed trying to find a place to live for the Fall. The person who answered the phone did a fantastic job answering all my questions. Jay, you rock! Can't wait to live here next year. Would highly recommend this place.

Megan Moore, you sold me! What a great place for my daughter to live while attending U of O. I love the location and all the amenities. I feel my daughter will have a fun and safe place to live. Thank you for sharing your experiences. It was so helpful.

Jason Pridmore is and always will be one of the coolest people out there yet. He is always honest and sincere with all of his actions and words because he cares about people. Jay is someone who is also very reliable when he is needed for work or friends
