I had purchased a F350 with a transmission that was stuck in reverse; i had heard good things about 9th street transmission so I gave them a call. The communication and service was outstanding. Jesse helped me make a decision after he explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it with a warranty. He provided other service shop info if I wanted to shop around. After finding other shops give 30 day warranties but we're less money (the transmission that was stuck in reverse only had about 2k miles on it) I decided to have it replaced with the 36 month 36k warranty 9th street offered. I feel I got what I paid for and was so impressed with the service; Outstanding indeed! I'm very pleased with the entire experience.

I was having a lot of mechanical issues with my car. I had previously took it somewhere else and got quoted for engine I didn’t need. When I came to 9th street I told them about my experience with my car and other mechanic shops explaining how I was nervous to be taken advantage of. Jessie has been working on my car for about a year now, anytime I came into the shop he would explain everything to me and show me in person what’s going on with my car and explain how he was going to fix it. He taught me a lot about my car and how to properly take care of it. He also discounted and warranted a lot of the fixes he did on my car. When I fist brought my car in she was running rough, now she feels brand new! I highly recommend this shop! Thank you 9th street for fixing my car & being so honest & real!

I'd rather go to the dentist than take my vehicle to an auto shop. Took my 2006 F-150 to these guys for 10 years. Trusted their recommendations and my pickup is still cooking at 150k miles. Moved away from the area and I'm hoping I can find a shop anywhere close to 9th Street Auto. Unqualified recommendation.

I took my car into 9th street and they were AMAZING. My AC was on the fritz and was worried it was going to be a huge bill. They called me and told me it was an easy fix. I asked that while they were under the hood if they’d check out the control arms. I had been told by Les Schwabs that they were broken and needed to be replaced. They guys over at 9th Street took a look and said they were a little rusty but they were in working order. I appreciated the kind customer service and the honesty that this company provided. I will take my car here from now on. Thank you.

All they did was put an in cabin air filter, and they didn't put my glove compartment back together right, or they broke something and didn't tell me. Either way, I'm glad I didn't have them work on my motor.

The gang was really accommodating and very pleasant. Very on top of things and I got an accurate quote, just a little bit higher than I found elsewhere. Estimated directly out of the Michelin book. Beautiful facility. They were very patient with me.

I had my light buckets, lights, and fog lamps replaced on my F150. Appointment was on time. Final price was less then originally quoted.
