Waited for 2 weeks for appointment, I took the day off of work, they called and cancelled the appointment the day off stating I'm located to far away. Not good business practice. Very disappointed

Techs were on time, very professional, courteous, and completed their work in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend A-Action heating and cooling!

A-Action has serviced my heating and cooling since the 90s. So when it was time to replace my 31 year old units I went to them. Prompt service, answered all our questions, showed up on-time, and cleaned up after. Wonderful employees Jerrold and Junior did a great job and were patient with my pups.

A-Action heating just finished installing a furnace and air conditioner. The salesman, Bret was very helpful with different options on what to install. And when I compared bids from another Trane dealer with the same models, they were less expensive. The installation went very smoothly and they were very professional. I highly recommend this company to do any HVAC work.

Technician was timely and polite. He diagnosed the problem fixed it and did some additional maintenance to hvac unit. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

From start to finish, our experience with A-Action has been A-One! We called for an estimate and received the paperwork the same day. After agreeing to terms and schedule we were able to have a new air conditioning unit installed and operational in three days! The installers (Gerrold and Junior) were personable, friendly and willing to answer all our questions. Would we recommend A-Action? ABSOLUTELY!

I have been a customer for many years, and they never disappoint! Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable technicians & wonderful office staff. I highly recommend signing up for their maintenance agreement. The regular service keeps our not-so-new furnace and AC units running great!

A Action came the same day we called and had the part we needed (fan capacitor) in his van and fixed our A/C in about 20 minutes, even checked the freon line.

Had my 20yr+ furnace renewed. From the time I called, got my quote, and got the work done, I was always given courtesy and respect. They thoroughly explained about the work and what I would need to do for up-keeping. All my questions and concerns were answered immediately with precision. Professionalism shines.

One of the few places around town that have AC capacitors in stock, which was convenient especially during the heat wave. However, they charged $65 for it, while you can get the same type (40+5 mfd 370 v) at Ace for $22 or on Amazon for under $20. Definitely taking advantage of desperate people wanting to stay cool. Price gouging at its finest!

Everyone was amazing and the whole process was very smooth! No complaints at all. The installers were also very clean so I really appreciated that.

AC quit in middle of heat wave called and A-Action sent tech out following day the 20 something unit was at it's end, the next day received a quote! We looked at other installers and thought they had the best reputation so after rounding up financing, was told they were available in couple days! When Jerrold and Scott came out they went to work, very swift but super careful answered my silly questions without complaints. They were done the following day great installation and
it works great. Will recommend A-Action to friends and family!

Love these guys, bought this house in 08' and their number was on my furnace. They've always treated me well and charged me fairly. Had them out the other day for the first time in awhile. Couple of younger fellas show up. Turns out it's a family owned business and they where brothers. The guy that came out before was there dad! Even after they where done fixing my AC I talked to them for a good half hour (Last job of the day) good people for sure.

A-Action are responsive, quality people who do good work and care about the results. Two thumbs up.

$99 for inspection. (Paid $100 cash, no change given) Parts were to be ordered but never heard from again. About a year ago.

A-Action Heating & Cooling replaced my 32 year old ac that they have been serving for me for over 20 years. The install team (Scott, Jerrold and Junior) were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and to explain what they were doing and why. Example they had to move the location of my AC.
They were very patient when my granddaughter asked several questions too.
They kept everything clean and worked a long day to get everything done. Highly recommend them!
