Nancy has a great gift of listening to what you want/need and then transferring YOUR goals into suggestions/affirmations. The quality of her audio tape is exceptional. The background music is soothing, and her voice is wonderful and clear!

I waited a little over a month before giving my review just so I can give a thorough one.as these things could take time.here it goes!

I can’t say enough positive things about Nancy. I have been contemplating hypnosis for a long time. While traditional therapy is very helpful (as long as you find the perfect match), this type of therapy digs so much deeper, it digs into a place you can’t reach in your waking life.

One of my struggles is sugar dependency, in the past year (2022) I have gained a significant amount of weight, which has caused me to feel dissatisfied and sluggish.knowing that I can lose weight and go back to my ideal weight, (I’ve done that before), I knew it was time to tackle the root of the issue.so that’s when I found Nancy. We first connected over the phone (she was kind, patient and listened attentively), after that (and because Nancy’s practice is at the coast and I live in Portland) we had our first session over the phone, it was mainly us talking about what I’m looking for in my weight loss journey and her giving me helpful information that is tailored to my needs. It was great, right after we hung up I immediately had a shift (later on she told me I was probably in hypnosis without realizing it).

We met in person the following week for my in-person hypnotherapy session. It was so relaxing and soothing. The session was recorded and given to me so I may listen to it on a daily basis for a month. I was able to upload the recording to my cellphone so I have it handy. I did this religiously every day. It sounds like I’m exaggerating but believe me when I tell you that I no longer have these obsessive cravings (from the day of our phone session!), I do enjoy a little bit of sweets but do NOT obsess over that or think about it like I used to. Dessert was more important to me than an actual meal… I’m sure there are lots of people out there that can relate to that.

This has been a 100% success story. All I can say is thank you, Nancy for your gift! You have been a blessing and I do hope this review helps others in their healing journey. If you had any doubts about pursuing hypnotherapy to cure an issue that you’ve been struggling with for a long or short time, I would highly recommend connecting with Nancy. Even if you don’t live at the coast it‘s worth the trip up there, plus you get to enjoy the beauty of the ocean!
