He also was the perfect representative for the company - he introduced himself and told me a little about his life - short - but enough for me to feel very comfortable having him in the house.

He explained everything he was going to do, suggested the pet additive which I agreed to, and got to work efficiently and relatively quietly. I’ve had my carpets cleaned in the past - pre-covid - and it was always very noisy.

He left everything clean and neat.

After a puppy that has grown up with bladder problems (now well treated), and frequent attempts to shampoo with a rented machine, my carpet was overdue for a rigorous cleaning. A neighbor recommended A+ Carpet Cleaning and from my first phone call, answered kindly and professionally, and then a quick cleaning schedule arranged, all has gone well. I was intrigued by their black light investigation showing me stains I had no idea were there. Special pre-cleaning spray followed by the shampooing has now freshened my carpet, my home, and with it of course, my mood.
Mike even came back within a week to take care of a piece of carpet edge that had been puppy-chewed and frayed.
I would highly recommend these guys…In fact, now I kinda feel like I have new (carpet cleaning) friends.

Great family business, my technician was very informative and explained every step that he was going to do in the cleaning process. I really appreciated that especially since we were getting a service specifically to help with our dogs having accidents on the carpet. The technician was on time, sent a text message to let me know he was on his way which was very helpful and was very efficient.
