3I simply called about a bird in our woodstove flu, I wish I had called him first. Albany Woodstove was of no help but this service took the time to explain in detail the best thing to do. At a time when we are so busy this man with a phone call saved us so much headache and helped us to understand our wood stove. He only asked that if we needed his help to go ahead and give a call back. Unheard of anymore, thank you so much the bird has been removed easily and we now know why our wood stove was smoking.
Failed to show up for appointment at my home and did not communicate. Just a no show. I don't know how a company stays in business with such unprofessional practice.
