Absolutely awful. He was rude, would not help at all, said he was busy and got angry that I called other places around. The other places in town said he was rude to his customers and they have had complaints. Shocker.

Coastal lock-n-key provided us fantastic same day service. In the morning, called to schedule changing our aging door locks. By 3pm the job was done: locks changed, extra keys cut, doors now secure with commercial grade hardware. Coastal lock-n-key was prompt, courteous and professional. Highly endorsed!

Last minute on late Sunday night he came and made us new keys for our car. The keys got stolen and he was able to make the key and make an extra spare for us. Very helpful and friendly! I would recommend going to them! Good prices to!

Locked our keys in car at Saddle Mountain Trailhead, a ways out of town. Showed up promptly and unlocked our car door quickly. Gave us great tips if it happened again (I’m sure it will) and also made a spare unlock-only key on the spot. Very reasonably priced.
