Could not convince the lady to do anything other than their $60 solar gel manicure. Every time I said I wanted normal nail polish, she argued with me and tried to hand me gel colors to pick from. Incredible

Absolutely love my nails being done here. Going on 4 years. Many of the photos are of my children and my nails. I give the ladies lots of artistic practice? Never the same design twice.

Best place for everything. I've been going to that same wonderful lady and salon with the most wonderful people for almost 8 years.always greeted by name from everyone and welcomed like home.

Really friendly staff. Great pedicures. Great environment. Love the complimentary drinks too! I’ll come back for sure for all our nail needs

My wife gets her nails done twice a month or sooner if she breaks one opening a beer or something else genius and they always do a awesome job at a reasonable price definitely recommend giving them a try

I've given this salon way more chances than I should have! 1st time was not bad I brought my mom in to try the place and the staff was nice and they served a free cocktail! The drink won me over I guess! Next time I came back the place was closing at 6 and it was about 5 so the lady tried talking me out of getting what i asked for. She then angrily did a super fast terrible job on my solar pink and white full set. She didn't use the drill 1x and the nail file hardly was used either not to mention they gave me a fungal infection. I have to say the man who serves drinks is nice and friendly but most of the staff are rude cant understand or clearly refuse to honor any requests and the price list may as well not be posted because out 6x visiting them the price for the same thing changed every time. I gave them so many chances because my friends nails always looked way better than anyone ever did on mine.they are haters or just plain stupid because they don't listen to me or try and talk me out of the way I want my nails. Always felt unhappy unsatisfied with the finished product and like I couldn't do anything but settle.save your time and effort and skip this place the bartender is the only thing I would recommend! Oh 1 lady there is sweet and did a good job but shes is not the norm every other time u get bad service!

I always get my nails and pedicures done here twice a month, every month. Yesterday I went and got a fill. And asked if I could have a pedicure. The lady told me no everybody was busy. She had someone scheduled for an appointment and they showed up half way through my nails. So I asked if she could just change my polish. She finally said she would. First of all this is the worst fill I’ve ever had. My nails look worse then they did when I got there. When I asked for a design she told me no that I could have it next time. She rushed through my fill, hardly filed my nails, there is acrylic all over my fingers. There is polish all over my fingers. She didn’t even try to clean it up. Then my toes look even worse. Literally paint all around my nails everywhere. Then when she charged me she charged me $35 to paint my toe nails. Which is the cost of a deluxe pedicure. But I didn’t get a pedicure. She didn’t tell n the price until after she was done. My feet never touched water she didn’t touch my feet at all besides to spray some alcohol on my toes when I was done. I paid $82.00 and now still have to go get my nails and toes again tomorrow. I’ve been going here a long time. But I will not be returning again. Her name was hanh I think. I am very disappointed with the service i had on April 8th 2022. I have been a customer many times and this was my worst experience. I had myself, my 2 daughters and both of their husbands all went together. So I will say I paid for the girls to get mani's and the boys got pedi's. I paid 3 times for all of us. JUST MY FINGERS AND TOES COST $134.00!
The boys and one of my girls paid first and all 3 of them were $125.00 for 3 of them. Then my other daughter was finished and was charged $60.00. The girls both had acrylic nails done. Mine were shellac on both my feet and hands. I hate what mine look like! They look sloppy and just are not the quality I am used to getting in that store!
I was charged $134.00! I also tipped each person that helped each of us 10.00 a piece! I am very very disappointed! So much that I felt an obligation to share my experience with the public.
Then I noticed other reviews stating the same thing about hugely different charges of the prices! How is it ok to charge me 134.00 plus the 12.00 tip I gave for just my person along with 4 other adults. 2 sets of acrylics and just 2 simple pedicures for the guys.
I am a single parent and I work hard for my money just as most everyone does and I do not like to be treated as if I am less than worthy of being treated equal with services I pay for. I do not think changing the prices from one to the next is treating anyone with respect at all! So I paid just under 150.00 for shellac that looks to thick and sloppy! I feel as if my business is not of any value to this establishment. My whole softball team gets services there or used to anyway. It has been almost 3 days and I still feel upset about the amount of money charged for a service not worth that kind of money. My budget is very restricted and I am sad to say I will not go back to be treated that way.

Absolutely love getting my nails done by viva.she is definitely worth it and she is also amazing at facials. I mean real good. I've been recommending her and everyone I brought to her loves her.

Sarah is the one! I’ve been all over Portland and Vancouver you name it I’ve tried it. I’m sold out to Sarah my friend sent me to her and I’ve never left.she does my nails feet eyebrows it all.when it comes down to it.she’s the bomb and I don’t have to show her a pic she brings things to life she knows what I like and tbh it’s not just the service she offers it’s also the way she treats me.girl you deserve the tip and all if you ever leave or anything I will gladly hunt you down! Like the guy off the movie taken I will find you.below is one of her amazing dreamy creations!

Friendly staff, great service and experienced. It didn’t turn out exactly like the picture I showed my tech, but she was really great and recommended showing me what one nail done before she did the rest to make sure I liked it.

Sara did my nails and she is fantastic for the communication, she gives during the process. She always has a big smile when I see her ️
