They sent a guy who was still learning the trade and a mistake was made. I called to complain and they did not take care of me. It’s unfortunate because we paid a hefty price to get our countertops done.

Love my new kitchen and bathroom countertops. Spent a bit more than expected, but it was definitely worth every penny! Don’t hesitate hiring A-tech Granite & Marble for all your countertop needs. Five star!

Luis and Jaime were our installers. Jeff was our template builder. They each arrived during the time that was given to me. Very professional. Very courteous. The other reviews we read regarding A Tech made us question if we should go with them. We did and are glad we did. I almost had to question where the seam was even though I knew where it is.

Installers did a great job and were very friendly. I had them come back and fix a seam and they did good. The granite has a few scuff marks on it but not too bad. I wont name names but one of their female managers (or owner, not sure) is extremely rude and condescending. One of their employees called and left a voicemail with the date and time of install so when they didnt show up on said day I called to ask why. This female employee was so extremely rude, telling me I had the day wrong and the install date never changed and it was my fault. I told her I still had the voicemail to prove I wasn't wrong but she still insisted it was my fault for waiting around for 4 hours for them to show. They also didn't show when I asked them to come fix a seam. It took another phone call and more excuses on their part to get the installers back out. I would NOT use this company ever again. They only got 2 stars because the installers were nice and did good.

We just put in a new bathroom countertop. We got a slab of granite for an excellent price and with great customer service. They completed everything exactly when they said they would and they were so courteous in the process. The installers made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. We highly recommend and will go back again for our other bathroom.

Very poor experience. We had an issue unrelated to installation, but they acted put out by my problem, and very unwilling to assist. I would absolutely not recommend.

I called to get a quote for my office as we are redoing the bathrooms and kitchen. The lady AMY answers the phone. I said hello I am Kevin and she just hangs up without even letting me tell her why I was calling. How rude! I call her back awhile later and tell he that I was calling for a quote and that she hung up on me. She tells me, 'im not sure what is going on". What a joke!
