Had our suburban towed from Eugene to cottage grove today. Herman got it loaded and unloaded quick. Also cheaper than the other company we called which was nice since it was a long tow and going to be expensive anyways. No complaints and super thankful to have them do it

It may have been a simple tire change but I was nervous and Billy took the time to explain what he was doing and offer advice and assistance. I really feel he went the extra mile for me. I can’t say enough kind words about John Armstrong for helping me tow my car today. Herman and A+ Towing provided exceptional professional service as well as down-to-earth human kindness.on an out-of-town trip, our trouble-free van just wouldn't start. When Herman showed up after our call to AAA, the first thing he did was walk us through a list of possible fixes, none of which worked. We appreciated this effort to save us a tow that might not have been necessary, but alas, we still needed the tow back to our home town 112 miles away. I'll tell you, an afternoon with Herman relating his life's adventures while driving the beautiful Oregon forests and coastlines will brighten up even the worst mechanical breakdowns. Almost an experience I'd like to repeat.well, maybe not; I think inviting Herman to a coastal BBQ might even be more fun!
