A-1 was assigned to install an appliance I purchased from Costco. Costco set up the delivery and installation day for Tuesday, January 30th. Because of that, my husband and I moved our schedules around to accommodate someone coming to install our microwave. We moved everything in our kitchen out of the way in preparation. Come 1pm on the delivery/install date, I still hadn't heard a peep from A-1. I called Costco, who called them on my behalf. An hour later I received an email from A-1 stating that they couldn't come install my microwave before MARCH 2ND. When the appointment date was January 30th. This business has zero customer service or communication skills. Thankfully I was able to make another arrangement for my microwave. 0/10 stars- would never, ever recommend.

A1 Installations just installed my dishwasher purchased from Costco. They were excellent. They were on time, very efficient and I appreciated that they checked everything first to ensure it worked appropriately before leaving! They even showed me how to use it! Highly recommend!

Spencer was fantastic. I didn't even know that he had gotten the entire thing installed while I took a business call. It was a cramped space, 1960s fixtures and loads of annoyance and I was thinking I would need to help with it. I can't understate how awesome Spencer is, I was looking through these reviews and his name comes up a couple times, I know he didn't ask me to write any review, and that says something when so many people are raving about this guy.

I originally had a date way out but when I brought it up to Costco, they sorted it out and it was installed in a timely manner. Despite that one hic-up everything has gone smoothly so far.

My understanding is that there was a logistical issue with Costco double booking appointments. I left a message with them and they got back to me with a new install date, that was sooner than had I rescheduled through Costco. When they arrived to install it they were professional, polite, very prepared and went above and beyond, working through some challenges with my water valves. Let's give a little grace, they are working long hours and overtime to catch up from an issue caused by Costco Logistics.

Curtis installed my beautiful new microwave. He showed up on time! He was great to communicate with. Great communication with the company as well. 100% satisfied!

I just bought a new dishwasher online from Costco on December 9th. Appointment set for December 26th. Just received email from this company saying they can’t make it to our place until February 12th. I canceled my order. After reading these reviews I’m thankful I canceled order.

Ordered a cooktop and oven through Costco. As mentioned by others, Costco contracts with them to do installations. Impossible to get in contact with them. Finally got an appointment by calling Costco and they were a no show today. Guess we’ll have to pay for someone else to do it. All I can recommend is to tell all your friends not to buy appliances from Costco until they find a new, more reliable partner for installations!

A1 installations, was excellent! I could not recommend them more. Barb & Curtis came as a team to install & they were so friendly, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating - amazing. I read the reviews ahead of time & of course was apprehensive, but after having them in my home, with my two young boys present and in the way and asking lots of little kid questions, I’d recommend them to all my friends & family. Heck, I probably asked more questions than my boys and they were very patient & friendly through it all. The Costco Dishwasher install was PERFECT! Could not have been any better. They brought everything needed for the Bosch to be installed, had everything needed to keep the area neat & tidy (vac, mat.) I know people aren’t perfect & mistakes can be made, but after my experience, I’d have them back in a heartbeat.

We had our dishwasher installed by A1 installation, it was for a Costco order. Recently our dishwasher door spring broke and had Kitchenaid person come to fix it, only then we realized the dishwasher was incorrectly installed by A1 installation. A1 installation did not use any sort of brackets to install the dishwasher, instead screwed the dishwasher in place by over screwing into the cabinet wood and damaging it. Now we cant pull the dishwasher out of its place. Since this is still under warranty, Costco has been trying to schedule an appointment with A1 installation to come fix this for more than 2 months, but A1 installation hasnt accepted or committed to this yet. I have personally tried to reach out to A1 installation directly, no one responds. I am now stuck with a dishwasher that has a broken door, incorrectly installed and damaged cabinet. Clearly A1 installation doesnt want to own the mess they created, its a total scam. Please be beware of this before using their service. Totally disappointed with the service.

Spencer came and replaced my garbage disposal recently.
He was very kind, professional, and was in and out quickly. He even showed me how to use the tool that came with it if the spinners get clogged (I was sticking my hand down in the thing…. Not safe). When he was done he cleaned up everything.

Would totally recommend this guy.

Extremely frustrating - while very kind on the phone, I was sent back to call Costco logistics several times to figure out what was going on with our delivery. After learning that they typically don't deliver without doing an installation (we weren't quite ready in our remodel), they wouldn't reach out to Costco directly to coordinate a change but after several calls they said they would make an exception and deliver only as it was already on the truck and on the route. 12-3 window, I called at 3: 30 to learn that it had been sent back to Costco and had to call Costco yet again to figure it out. Costco was excellent the entire time, but this is not a company I would work with again due to the poor service provided and lack of proper communication.

A1 was assigned to us by Costco when we bought a dishwasher from them. They showed up when they said they would, removed our old dishwasher and had the new one installed in less than 30 minutes. Also went over features of the dishwasher with us. They did an excellent job and we were very impressed.

Terrible. From the moment Julian rang my doorbell he was extremely unfriendly not one smile not one ounce of kindness. Then he installed the dishwasher to the point of the door not opening properly so I’ll be hiring my own person to fix it I don’t care about the warranty I don’t want you back in my house.

Costco over the range microwave install in Treasure Valley, Idaho. Curtis and wife team removed old microwave and installed new one. Communication was timely and they did a great job. Would recommend without reservations.

This company installed a dishwasher (bought from Costco) at my house. Communication with the office team was very good an smooth. The crew came per the set time window. They called me half an hour before arrival. Arrived with all tools and floor protection sheet, listened and communicated very well about what I needed (because I am a picky person), tested the unit, and finally left without leaving any damage whatsoever. Thank you for such a good service.
