AAA Beaverton Service Center reviews
11If you’re looking for the most wonderful customer service ever, please work with Julie. She is so insanely patient and kind. Thank you Julie for making life a little easier. You’re wonderful.:)
AAA Team Members are truly consummate professionals. They are consistently excellent. Great service at very low prices. Thank You AAA!
Holly at AAA is amazing! Needed passport photos and International Driver's Permit and was able to accomplish everything in one stop. AAA offers many other services besides roadside assistance; Passport photos, international driver's permits, luggage, and much more.
They answered all my questions and helped me very much. I really needed information and they provided it.
The AAA travel agent staff is always ourstanding. Our compliments to our agent Ms. Emily Balo!
I don't come here often, but I have always received good and courteous service. And I can usually get the items I'm after.
Thought AAA had DMV [ automobile registration ]. Was going to ask for 'other service. ' But kept it short & sweet.
I have been going in circles with them trying to get my money back on trip I paid for almost 3 years ago and have not been able to take because of covid. I even bought the travel insurance from AAA just in case something happened. The manage Holly was very rude and condensending. I have been a member for almost 15 years. She refused to help in any way.
I highly recommend this AAA.
We scheduled an appointment with John S and he was so cool! Very helpful and personable. We really kicked it off as he loves music and entertainment as we do. He also had a plethora of knowledge about each location that we were interested in seeing. Whether it be the weather ahead, college crowds, COVID testing, areas suited for a more relaxing scene with close access to nearby entertainment and amusement.
John made us feel like we were getting the deals on things we were looking for as well giving his personal insight on local attractions that might not be listed on the web which can be very helpful when traveling to places unknown.
Ultimately we decided on a less exclusive but nice little town called Fort Myers, Florida.
Thanks AAA, and John for your service. I will update this review after our Honeymoon/ Birthday experience in Florida!
Painless transaction to grab local maps. They also have a well stocked "store" of travel gear.
Yesterday 9/8 I called for road assistance to safely get from Beaverton to Black Butte to meet up with our Daughter and her family. We are all AAA members. Fred Bushing (sp?) took the call and gave me the safest route and warning of roads to avoid because of fire danger. His whole demeanor was so informative and - caring!
I was still nervous about making the trip with things changing all the time and eventually we decided not to go. We still had our Daughter and her Husband and 2 beloved Grandchildren at Black Butte and without us and with fire danger continuing to rise in the state they wanted to get home to Tigard.
I called Fred again this morn bright and early and when he returned my call I almost cried because I had so much confidence in him knowing how to get them SAFELY home. His advice and directions got them home safe and sound and for that we are eternally grateful!
I wanted to share this with you.
