6I have bought several items from Aaron's over the years and have always had great results. The staff is knowledgeable and the process of renting to own is a breeze. Highly recommended.
So when I got my item they were very pleasant and friendly but when I moved I was treated like a child on the phone I didn’t get his name but I’ve never been talked to like that by anyone my whole life and not to mention I’m not on the contract so I was in shock! When we moved we let them know the item was in storage in the town we purchased it! I got a call the day after we moved the item to Cali and was treated like a thief even tho it’s paid for every month! The contract is in my husbands name not mine but I will say this I have got items from rent a center and Aaron’s and I will for sure keep doing business with rent a center but I will never purchase from Aaron’s again especially the Roseburg Oregon location
Very good employees that gives great customer service) they are fair and they will try to work with you if you have any problems with your computer or laptop or any other product you rent from them

DO NOT do their payment plan. Picked up a couch for $700 purchasing for our the door prices. For an extra small fee they'll deliver!
I’m sure the local store is great service wise but as far as the online and corporate, it felt like zero customer service was given. Placed an order for a new Samsung washer and dryer set that said available for my area on 12/24. Since the tracking never updated passed “order being processed I called the 1800 number and the local store three times between then and 1/3 to see the progress only to be told that the order “has already been shipped” to the store and they will give me a call when they can deliver it. Then today I get an email.no call, but an email saying that it was actually never shipped and they didn’t have it in stock so they are cancelling my order. This might not have been such a huge deal if it was a tablet or a coffee table, but rather a washer and dryer for my parents who just moved in to their new place and do not have a set yet. Very disappointed at the lack of care and no resolution.:/
