I’m giving this rating, because the people in that work at the store are so so rude. They have a disrespectful attitude and tone on the phone just because you ask questions, the delivery people aren’t great either. Definitely prefer Dave from the south Salem location.

CYNICISM is born here. Don’t waste your money here at all. You are better off paying things in full from the retailers. These guys here at this store specifically WILL HARASS you.

Went in to look at a washer and dryer and was told about a set that I could pay for in full for a deal since I was hesitant about the payments and the outrages leasing fees the washer and dryer were clean I didn’t look to much into the screen worker said it was tobacco? There was no one to deliver it until next week so I rented a uhual and took it I opened up the uhaul after I got home and noticed a smell I didn’t smell before so I looked closer into the screen and saw what looked like legs so I opened the back and was disgusted and shocked that Arron’s would sell me this I’m absolutely sure they knew of this problem and were tying to get rid of it and make a profit then they would not come pick it up I had to drive and use more miles on the uhaul taking it back then the guy had the audacity to make me get them out myself I asked if he would pay the extra miles it took to drive it back and he said not his problem I left them in front of the store and left I’m glad I didn’t take it inside or I would have had a pest problem if they were in the washer I’m sure they were in the dryer and have spread across that store since I was told it sat for 3 months there unless you want a pest problem I highly recommend going else where I would give this zero stars and hopefully this can help others avoid this headache all together

The manager at this store was extremely rude and outright dismissive during our conversation. I will not shop this location again

The first Game Changer swivel rocker recliner that I got almost 2-years ago and was still paying on from the Aaron's on Lancaster Drive in Salem, Oregon fell apart at the left arm rest. They came and picked it up for repairs, after then almost 2-weeks later told me that it was damaged beyond repair, which is pure B. S. So, I seen another one in the store the same day they told me the one I had was not repairable, so I decided to get it in the place of the one I had, that was a definite mistake, as after they delivered it to me and I went to sit in it and recline back in the chair, it fell over backwards and dumped me onto my head with injuries to my neck and shoulder blade was the results of that happening! After a few hours to recooperate I discovered it was broken inside in the back where it's suppose to recline only so far and then stop and not go any further, also there was a piece of wood from inside that fell to the floor after it dumped me out of it! I'm very certain that this chair is not a new one at all, but they have charged me the full new price for it! I would suggest strongly, to not deal with the way they are doing business at the store on Lancaster Drive in Salem, Oregon!

Dont ever buy from them their manager todd i caught him looking in our windows to see if we are home they will harass you constantly daily
