Update, 4/4/22. I ws contacted by the manager shortly after leaving my not so steller review. Very impressed and they were more than happy to make things right. I now give Abby's 5 stars for Customer service. Thank you and see you soon.
Monday, 3/28/22. Just spent $46 on a pizza that wasn't thourally cooked. Meaning the crust was still dough and uncooked. Very discouraged, as I had been craving this pizza. Just sad
Always have loved Abbys, but disappointed the last few times. My husband and I shared a pizza, half and half. His had 8 pieces and mine only had 4. Plus I asked for just a little bit extra sauce on my half and it was ALOT on whole pizza. They were really busy, and didn't want to wait for another pizza, so didn't take it back.
Unfortunately they didn't have the pizza that is advertised all over the television. But it was still a good visit.
One word: EXCEPTIONAL.
My husband and I frequent this location often and it is consistently a fantastic, pleasant, friendly experience. We usually order spuds and a small cheese pizza. I was originally really wary ordering potatoes at a pizza place, but my fiance claimed they were to die for. He was not lying! The spuds are always crispy and flavorful. Pizza is always good too. It is on the more expensive side, however it is well worth it.
We have had some issues when ordering on Uber Eats, the last 3 times we haven't gotten any ranch despite asking for some in the order notes, but I won't knock a star since I truly don't know if that's Uber's fault or Abbys.
Pizza was good seemed clean and kids had fun. Accommodated our grandaughters 10th Birthday quite nicely.
Just had an 16" Abby's Special and a 10" Hawaiian delivered by Doordash to hotel I'm staying at. Abby's Special was supposed to be deep dish and it wasn't. Also asked for plates and utensils and got nothing. Also asked for red peppers and got none. Pizza also Luke warm. I am very angry! Paid over $70! Have to eat barely warm thin pizza over a pizza box. Not the type of service I expected from Gresham Abby's. Gerrr
Good pizza and potato spuds. Gambling inside the restaurant as well. Always a great place to hang out with friends and family.

They actually made out pizza wrong, but to correct the mistake we got a free large pizza. So 2 for 1? Oh ya! And the garlic knots are DEFINITELY worth trying out. If you like bread sticks, try the knots. You'll LOVE em, I guarantee it.
What a freaking dive, rude lady with blond hair in pm. Prices ridiculously high. Like is there such a thing as gourmet pizza that. Is cooked on a metal rack oven ……. No didn’t think so. Pizza should be cheap not this expensive
Update: Abby's made things right with me, and a new person got more training, so I'm pleased that I can again recommend one of my old favorites in the area.
