Super happy with Barry at ABC Fingerprinting! I called her twice to verify information with her and my employer and she was very pleasant and patient on the phone both times. In person she was very welcoming, especially since I had to bring my little one in with me. Barry offered her a few coloring books and crayons and that kept her happy. Barry, thank you so much for making this errand quick and easy for us!

Sweetest lady that will take your prints. Don't let her sweetness fool you though: she is a pro fingerprinting lady and examines each one of the prints with a magnifying glass to make sure they meet her expectations for high quality prints, capturing every detail. She is very experienced in what Washington state wants for the background check. You are definitely in good hands if you go to her. Contrary to other negative reviews, she still got my prints in a very timely manner and I was second in line. She was very efficient and provided clear instructions on filling out the background check form too. Highly recommend her to get your fingerprints done!

Absolutely wonderful lady, very experienced. Super friendly, enjoyed chatting with her very much. Pay no attention to those two one-star reviews.there’s a reason they were the only two people to give a one-star when everyone else gave a five-star rating. I definitely would use ABC again in the future for fingerprinting, and you should too!

The person who did my fingerprinting was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will go back to her if I ever need additional fingerprinting.

The nicest lady I have ever met. Wish she worked for the local DMV, she would make the DMV pleasant. Very friendly service, very quick, really nothing more to expect.

Terrible service. I was rushed in, and yelled at for asking questions. I left without getting what I went in for, which was the simple service of having my finger prints completed. This is a very unprofessional business, and I wouldn't recommend going here for service to anyone. It was a waste of my time. I left feeling unsatisfied, and upset after being yelled at for simply asking a few questions.

I have used her services multiple times and every time she is FANTASTIC! Very professional, quick and efficient and very thorough. Also the cost is the most affordable I could find. All in all very convenient and highly recommended!

Very professional and helpful. Highly recommend. I was required to get "ink" fingerprints for state of WA professional license. Few places offer this now. I was very pleased with the service provided. I have already recommended to a colleague.

Do not use this service! We spent almost half an hour while the incredibly rude service person rattled on and on with someone else. She was moving so slowly, I thought we were going backwards in time. She ignored the person who was there to get fingerprinted, was completely unfocused and rude, rude, rude. She took forever to get the fingerprinting done. Moreover, she seemed to be unable to focus on what was needed and couldn't remember what we told her and we had to keep repeating ourselves. This is obviously is a cut rate, poorly managed business that has very poor understanding of customer service and zero understanding of how to get a job done efficiently and well. What should have been an in and out process turned into 45 excruciating minutes. I am happy for this person that they have all day to take 10 fingerprints, but we actually have jobs and lives to get back to. Worst service I've ever used.

I would recommend this business. I don't know why they call it "mobile" because is on the second floor of an office building, right off the elevator. Maybe they were in a different location in past. I needed darn near perfect prints to submit and she took her time and made sure to get it right. She read everything I had and followed their directions to a T. This place is ten miles from my home, I read reviews on closer place and did not want rushed or have bad service so I tried here. Glad I did.

She was very professional and friendly. My fingerprinting was quick and easy. I enjoyed chatting while we were doing the fingerprints. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does as she went above and beyond what I expected- sent me off with an extra envelope for my fingerprints and application and gave me paper clips to attach a check later. She was very sweet and good at what she does. Definitely recommend!
