Love ace buyers they are always friendly kind and understanding of everyones situations and give you the best they can. Once or twice a year I use them and always get my items back before 60 days is up. Highly recommend them at this store thank you for always being respectful and kind.

They said the amount I asked for was too little, and they gave me a little more. They are very fair and don't seem shady like other places.

I called all locations asking for a specific game cube game. All but location one had it, and all but one of the locations that did have game cube games in general told me their selection. However, the albany location said they did have it, but when I asked what game they had, he said "No, I can't do that, you can come down here and see for yourself". I live an hour away, and he said it in a very aggressive tone.

Staff is courteous. They seem to operate in business with also having a heart. Caring, unlike so many other businesses today. More than once I have witnessed the manager help a person in need instead of maximizing on profits. Good quality items as well. Overall, the best second hand store around.

Went for background check & to pick up my rifle that was transferred from gun dealer. Employees were friendly & professional.
