She Had plenty of patience with me, I had lost my previous card she helped me get a new one, it was challenging but she helped make sure I was able to use my card before I left the store! Which I was so grateful for! I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone! Thanks again!

Luy 3126 she is an awesome person she’s always greeted me really nicely when I walk in that door and we always have a great conversation I believe Lucy is a really nice and honest person and I give her kudos for being such a nice person and I think you guys should give her a raise because she’s an awesome awesome woman

So I've been getting payday loans here for 10 years and I am disappointed & disgusted by the company's low pay, poor treatment & long hours for the single female employee at Albany Oregon ACE. She doesn't get a break, she has to eat while answering the phone, filling out paperwork, greeting customers who walk in, calling customers to remind them that they have a loan coming due, count money and more. You have cameras covering her right left and center and she's beyond overwhelmed. I can't believe this is happening in 2023. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND I AM GOING TO BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, OSHA BUREAU OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY; I will be making sure you are investigated. This is investigated.

I could not get my payroll check cash anywhere. I went into ace cash express in Albany and I had no problem. Lucy the women that helped me was Courteous and friendly. She handled my transaction with professionalism and ease. My overall experience was great.

Lucy was very helpful and even when the place was super busy she kept her cool and got through everyone as fast as she could while making sure everyone got helped with what they needed.

Ace is a Third party banking operation. My account was hacked, and to just stop the account took 2 months. Ive asked for the last 3 months of transactions and they wont give them to me. Everytime i call, i get someone with a thick accent, that has a hard time understanding what im saying. This "bank" does not care about fraud, because they are not liable for any refunds. They take advantage of people in desparite situations. SHAME ON THEM!

The ladies that run this location are always friendly and courteous. They don't set the prices, the corporate office does. They know several customers by first name. I've cashed checks with ACE for many years. At this location, I think the staff rocks it! Ms. Black is top notch. (Candi)

I’ve been to this place before it was a great service this lady name Maryl was so helpful once again.with my luck she was always quick and professional dealers. Even people waiting in line was again, but still no one really mad because she’ll always fast, even with the large amont i had to cash she still made it seem so easy, when thought it would take alll day.was there less then 20 mins.thanks for helping so I highly recommend
