For a local hardware store, its great. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices and good selection of just about everything!

It was awesome. Went in for just a dryer cord and saw a pressure washer by Stihl and the woman behind the counter explained about the warranty so we decided to buy it. Friendly people

Ridiculously Great Service! These folks are Stihl experts and willing to share that expertise. Their tech, Breshin, came out from the shop and gave my saw a once over in my presence. He not only solved a long standing issue, but also saved me from a future failure. Katie who works at the service desk is also very skilled at her job. We are lucky to have such an excellent hardware store to shop at in Southern Oregon.

This store offers great help from all their employees overtime we shop there.

Update; I dropped off my lawnmower because it would not start. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I got my mower back in half the time I was quoted which made me very happy. Also the repair was much cheaper then I expected. Also he explained I'm clearly what the issue was and what he did to fix it. He also cleaned up the deck and did a quick check through. Very friendly and professional. Love this place!

This place is always great. The staff is super helpful and friendly and while it's a smaller store they usually have what I need. I'm so glad this is my hometown hardware store!

Some times you just want to browse around a hardware store and get some ideas for the future. Unfortunately here you had better have a plan to avoid the helpful sales people.
