Very helpful and friendly team at ACP. I had a very small issue with my car. They fixed it free of charge and have me some helpful advice for fixing a different ding as well. Will definitely be back!

I’d like to send my deepest thanks to ACP staff, especially Alberto for taking care of my car. It was my first experience with getting my brand new car repaired from it being hit and from start to finish Alberto was always there to take my calls and answer my questions. Needless to say I was nervous about letting anyone work on my car but after much research, I decided ACP was the best fit and I am so glad I chose them! Their work on my car was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and very professional. These are hardworking, honest people who take pride in their work and they deliver hands down. They even provided me a loaner car at no cost to me and cleaned/washed my car when it was ready for pick up. Helped me with my deductible and kept me informed about the progress of my car.
I hope to not ever need to have my car repaired again but if I ever do, I will be a loyal customer of ACP. It’s customer loyalty that this shop has earned. Thank you ACP! ️

Never again! ACP Affordable Cheap Paint. Months later my car is two different colors. Took forever to get the work done.

Best auto repair shop, sometimes they are short staffed and the repairs take longer. But they are always high quality repairs.

Dont take your car anywhere else, your search ends here. Exquisite value and quality. They did an excellent job, great people, great end result. No better collision shop in PDX.

From the first call when they were the only place answering phones on Saturday, to issues with insurance payment, they were continuously positive and kept great communication. While I hope to not need a car repair in the near future, but it will be ACP that earns my business back, guaranteed.

Took a little long to get my subaru back (which could have been my insurances fault or due to the amount of damage to my car) but their customer service and quality of work gives them 5 stars. They were informative on any updates to my car and answered all my questions. I had help with my deductible which was very sweet and really awesome! They are a great company and I would recommend them first to anyone looking for body work!

I had such a great experience with ACP autobody. Everyone I encountered was so helpful. They help you through the process with insurance and in most cases even help with the deductible. I recommend them to anyone out there with minor to major autobody repair needs.

Got into a car accident and my back bumper was destroyed. They really did a number on my car. You would think my car was just made. Thank you ACP!

It took 3 months to get my car back and repaired because of my insurance company. However, ACP fought for me, so I didn't have to argue and deal with the insurance company myself. They also provided a loaner for the FULL length of the repair, and lowered my $200 deductible to 0! I love this repair shop, and will recommend this place to anyone that needs a repair!

Great shop to get your car worked on, the is super nice and easy to work with.
They even pay for part or all of your deductible.

We took my boyfriend's car here that was involved in an accident. We were so pleased by the service and the remarkable repair, that we brought in my car teo weeks later for some minor repair. They work with you to figure out how to do the job, getting it done the way you like and goes through price options; such as using used parts rather than nee to reduce the price. AWESOME AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Took my truck in to have the door repaired. They started my car out back and brought it around for me to pick up. I brought my car home and it has never stared again. They said they drained my battery while working on it but I have to now replace more than the battery. If you like driving your car don't bring it here

Wow! It's so scary taking your baby (car) into the shop. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. They always answered my calls or would get back to me quickly. When my car was returned it was extra beautiful they did such and amazing job. I am so very impressed with their work and customer care.

Avertano has been nothing short of fantastic. From working with the insurance company, getting parts for my car which were not available in the US, to following up and helping out, just plain great. The work is great, car looks brand new. Highly highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Incredible attention to detail. They were able to match the color of my custom paint job on my VW Beetle. Plus, the owner is an inctedibly nice guy. If your car needs body work, this is the place!
