I was out playing disc golf, practicing for a tournament when I reached down for my disc, and felt a weird pain I’ve never felt before in my lower back. After breaking out in sweats and turning pale I had my friend drive me to see Dr Bermudez, and Trisstin McCallister. Right away they started helping me out and I went from not being able to stand by myself to back playing disc golf in less than two weeks.
