ActivSpace on Raleigh reviews
6My experience with Activ Space has been positive and I’m very happy in my new work space. Lara is the friendly, pleasant manager and was extremely helpful in the application process and making sure move in went smoothly. After considering several options for a workspace, I’m pleased with my choice to grow my business at ActivSpace.
It's chill.art space for rent controlled entrance.crime is out of control at night
Google keeps asking me, "How is ActivSpace? " It is where my art studio exists; and I love my studio. The managing crew is wonderful.
Love the space I rent. Even through 2020, I still feel like it is a clean environment to do my work.
I have rented there for many years. The owners just raised rents during the COVID crisis when most of us can’t even legally use our space and we have no income. They are refusing to lower rent or even waive the rent increase. Rent is raised every single year and they had no regard for their tenants during this uncertain time. The buildings are hot in the summer and are poorly kept, the landscaping is rarely done and shreds of plastic come out from the bark, it just looks bad.the bathrooms smell due to bad plumbing, the walls are cheap and look terrible. The main point is please know what kind of people the owners are. Would not recommend. High turnover of managers because they are treated poorly.
ActivSpace helped make my dreams of becoming a business owner into a reality. Great locations, reasonable prices, clean & safe facilities and (mostly always available) free parking! You really can’t find anything like it in Portland. Thanks for the support Dustin!
