This was my first time with acupunture, trying fire cupping or really learning about Chinese Medicine. Lara is SO kind, so real and listens, while also teaches you about every part of the process within your appointment. Tara gave me an amazing massage and supported me while I took in the feeling of the cups on my back, too. I am so grateful to have found Aculand, and already made my next appointment.
