Adair Homes - Southern Oregon

Update: still having temperature issues with this 2 story home. Found out today from the HVAC company it's a known issue with Adair homes. This is the third time we've tried to get this problem addressed since the house was built. I am extremely disappointed with the HVAC system in my house. It should of had zone heating from the beginning.

I have had multiple warranty requests submitted to Adair. Multiple work orders have been closed out without the issues being resolved. I have mold growing in my house from a roof leak that Adair has yet to replace the damaged dry wall. The warranty experience has not met any of my expectations. I do not currently recommend them for building a house.

Also turns out that Adair puts manual dampeners for airflow in two level houses instead of an electric one. So glad that they cheaped out on that.

Update 5 months after I posted my initial review: None of the issues I reported to Adair when my home was completed in early 2022 have been fixed. Someone finally came out to my house and said they would be fixed a couple months ago and no communication from them since then. I have uneven contertops, gaps around the sink because the cutout was too big, glue on the flooring that won't come off, a kitchen island that was installed with damaged wood, and other things. To say say the least, overall very poor workmanship. I am still waiting for Adair to make this right.

Original review: Nice people, but I still have some issues that haven't been fixed several months after moving into my new home.
