Dr Cabalo and all his staff are so kind, and kept me well informed before, during and after my multi-level lumbar fusion. I totally trust the doctor as an excellent and skilled surgeon. I am very pleased with my recovery so far and how the pain of years has left my body. Thank you Dr Cabalo and your entire staff!

Dr. Cabalo is thoughtful, wise and thorough in his treatment of my spinal problems. Also personable and kind.

I had a cervical disc replacement with Dr Cabalo 2/23. I cannot say enough good things about him as a provider. I felt he listened well, asked good questions, he addressed any concerns and acted as swiftly as he could to get the treatment I needed. I never felt like my symptoms were belittled or dismissed as they had been by other providers. They have worked well with me to arrange visits around my travels from the coast to see them. The office staff have always been great whether my visit was in person or via telemed.

Absolutely dismissive doctor. He chooses who to give attention to, and if he finds you not worth his while, ($$) he will not listen to you, but dismiss your condition of many years of disability, and deny he can do anything for you, even though you were just hospitalized twice in the past two weeks with back spams non stop because of nerve root damage. Heartless and uncompassionate I found him to be, as he didn't want to answer my questions about my MRI, but when I asked him to show me where the nerve impeachments are, or the fawcett joint arthritis are, he got only annoyed, and said, "I don't think I can help you". So, if you have Medicare, beware, he will reject you, because all he is interested in is making top dollar with high paying insurance. It is just sickening what some of these doctors will do, how they can be and get away with it. They ARE very selective, and they feel empowered to be such arrogant and shameless physicians without even a second thought. Why such physicians are allowed to practice the way they do is unjust and more than hypocritical. They promised to take an oath to help all people, not just the rich. He had no care or concern to explore further what was causing my pain, and wrote me off with, telling me to fix my "inflammation". I said, it is my back condition which cause any inflammation, as it always has. IT was a slap in the face, because as many years of getting MRI's elsewhere, they always showed an array of diagnosis that he would not accept or even acknowledge. Disrespectful is what he was to me, and I do not recommend this impersonal, and unjust doctor one single bit.

Dr. Cabalo is a wonderful and caring surgeon. I had surgery. And had complication to follow. He was very understanding and helpful. I would re6him to anyone needing surgery.

Doctor Cabalo is a very professional and kind man. I felt very comfortable with him doing my spinal fusion. Not even three weeks post surgery and I’m feeling much less back pain. I’ve always gotten great care from all the staff at Southern Oregon Orthopedics.

The back pain I’ve been experiencing daily for months has been taking a toll but Dr Cabalo’s care and desire to fix my situation one way or another is very reassuring!

I like Dr Cabalo. He was very helpful in giving my options and explaining why certain procedures would not work on my back. Also why I have to do procedures in order to illiminate or find the reasons for my pain. I would refer my friends and family to him.

The last visit I had with Dr Cabalo was a phone appointment. He called exactly when he was scheduled to call, explained my condition to me thoroughly and my treatment options. He did a spinal fusion for me about a year ago. I have some residual problems that he is helping me deal with. It will take another procedure and I have a great deal of confidence he will improve my condition. I highly recommend Dr Cabalo.

I have been going to Southern Oregon Orthopedics for years and never have had a bad experience. The staff is always very courteous, and the Dr’s have all been very attentive and thorough with my care:)
