3Poor management. I have been waiting 3 months for an appointment, when I went in for my scheduled appointment I was told the dentist wasn’t in. I was not told ahead that the dentist wasn’t available for the scheduled appointment.
They make sure the patient is relaxed comfortable and they tell you exactly what they are doing as or before they do it. Their patients trust an comfortably is their #1 priority an they are such an awesome place for all dental needs an as well as making dentures an denture care as well as fixing anything that might occur.
DO NOT GO HERE! I was assigned to them through my insurance, went in they did a very horrible quicky cleaning that did more damage to my gums than anything and said I needed 2 crowns (that I had to pay out of pocket for mind you) it was very uncomfortable and felt like a chop shop. They didn't tell me they wanted to just start drilling away so I left. I got asigned to a different office through my insurance, my first visit I got a clean bill of health.that is just super sketchy to me. It baffles how a place you suppose to trust would put someone through that just to make money. If you are on ohp you DO have other options, even if you have to wait for an appointment to open up I would.
