David and Jonathan were extremely patient and helpful. I was looking for a pair of wiper blades, and both of them helped me learn about the subtle differences in blade design and material. They also installed them for me quick. It’s a pleasure doing business with these guys.

I ordered a part. They had it. I showed up. I bought it. It was ready faster than expected. The cashier was affable. Don't remember his name. Said he was somewhat new.

I am a manager and placed an order last night for a part needed for a very lengthy job. I was told by Tasha the part would be here first thing this morning. It is now 12: 20 pm and have been told the part will be here any minute 3 times. She will not let me speak to a manager or give me her regional managers contact info. I have had numerous bad experiences with this store on Powell Blvd. I have now called corporate and filed a formal complaint. I do not recommend using this location for anything. Very bad business and customer service.

Came in today and the gentleman behind the counter was very unhelpful. I needed some exhaust gaskets for a custom built vehicle so it doesn’t match the make, model “look up” system. I have had this problem in the past with Autoparts stores but every other time they are willing to help. Not here. His reply was, “there’s a bunch of boxes I’d have to look through”. I explained it’s a simple triangle, three hole pattern. Same answer… worst. I’ll be heading to Oreilly’s down the street or Napa going forward.

I didn't get much help looking for the right wiper for my car, you almost have to install a store app for that. But when I got to the check out, they double checked it was the right one, and when I was reading the directions for how to install it, parked right outside their door, an employee came out and offered to do it for me. And did. I would come here again.

I arrived at 5: 50pm on a Saturday to get a lightbulb and a fuse for my car. There were no other costumers in the store. The moment the employee noticed my partner and I walk in he stated that the store was closed. Had he been willing to help he could have made a sale and been closed before 6pm (the stated closing time on the window). Doors close at 6pm is usually what that means, but maybe I’m mistaken. It’s night time and I will be driving without a headlight to the next auto parts store and never returning to an Advance Auto Parts store. Thank you for turning away a customer.

Not the greatest selection, more expensive then other stores. But the employees are very knowledgeable.

I was in a bit before noon today, and was immediately greeted with a worker that wasn’t wearing a mask. I don’t care whether or not you agree with them, it’s illegal, and he didn’t even have it around his neck. Just didn’t have one at all. After asking and locating the item that I was looking for, I was given no help and then greeted with cussing in every sentence towards my questions about a product. He then told me and another customer that we needed to leave because he wanted to go on break and wasn’t willing to help or wait for us to make a decision. I left without spending any money, despite walking in the rain to get here. Get a new job if you hate it so much, and stop treating the customers like they’re nuisances for needing help, and don’t cuss at them either. I spent my money elsewhere.

Staff here reminds of that burly old uncle you have to get past the initial scruffy surface to find that great, helpful love. They're totally cool though. I like the online order process. I can use paypal. Once I ordered something online, they were out of what I ordered but they called me about 10 minutes after the order and offered a refund before I left for the store. Its local for me, but I find them to have cheaper options when I shop for parts.

It’s very rare today you get to cash in a warranty or even a return with receipt without some kind of a hiccup, BRETT helped me out without any hassle even though my original online purchase that was being replaced/warranty had a hiccup made. But I explained that I intentionally spent the big bucks for moog for its warranty and he made it happen way smoother than I expected. This totally reassured me as to why I only use Advanced/car quest when I can! Your a ROCKSTAR BRETT!

Had parts to return and no receipt, very nice to look up purchase record under phone number and we were able to return the parts.

There were 3 guys working there. None of them smiled or greeted me. I had to stand and stare at them (they were behind the counter) until I could get some help. I was the only customer in there at the time. Customer service skills need some work!

Yikes! Walked in and employee wasn’t wearing a mask. Turned around and left. Not going into a business with employees that are so uneducated and selfish.

Had to go in there because UPS left my package there. (It’s a UPs check point apparently) The guys behind the counter where not wearing masks. It is mandated right now and Covid is at its worst! I had my toddler with me as I had no choice. He can not be vaccinated. These guys not wearing a mask put him at risk! Absolutely selfish. We all have to wear masks you’re not special and it’s not your choice. Shame on the manager for putting up with this. So disappointed to see this and I will never do business there.

Generally like the place, prices are good. Ordering online has been bad recently, they'll accept your money/order then you show up to find they don't actually have the item in stock, wasting everyone's time
