Advanced Hearing Plus, Springfield OR

We recently purchased hearing aids for my husband at Advanced Hearing Aids Plus. We are so pleased with the service we received. The entire team was knowledgeable; thorough, and extremely helpful. Getting hearing aids is a very personal and life changing experience and this was an excellent experience! We are so thankful!

5 stars aren’t enough! My hearing aid broke over the weekend, so I called in 1st thing Monday morning. Beth got me in as soon as I could be there to assess the problem. After we discussed solutions we decided it best to get new ones as the current ones were 6 years old. She worked her magic and I was able to get tested and fitted by both Steve and Richard. My circumstances were complicated as I was to be traveling for the next 2 months so the Advanced Hearing team made it happen so I would have my new aids that day! Above and beyond! To top that off they gave me a fantastic special price that was being offered on a top of the line product! Very pleased with their service and professionalism, it speaks volumes in their pride in customer satisfaction! Look no further for your hearing needs!

I have never used this biz. I only went there to pickup an item, but I can attest to the fact that these are very nice people that work there.

This is the best experience ever! Drs. Steve and Richard are patient, understanding and most of all, they take plenty of time with you. There are no silly questions and the conversation is always positive. You actually feel great when you leave. Go see these guys! I will betcha $. 25 (I don't go more than $. 25) you will have as fantastic experience as I did.

This is my first pair of real hearing aids. All the staff are very knowledgeable about their product. I went in for my first check up and they answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I can hear all the sounds I haven't heard for years. I am also a Rock and Roll musician and I have not had any problem so far with feedback or anything. Richard and Steve are a great team to solve all your hearing impaired problems. They had all the answers to my questions regarding my hearing loss. Very happy with my new hearing aids. I completely recommend Advanced Hearing Plus.
