Advantage Dental, Bend OR

My wife just left there and because the 3 teeth came out so easily, they did NOT give her anything at all for pain. She is already in tears. How can they expect someone to just deal with the pain? I am as upset as she is about this. Seeing her like this makes my heart cry.

I would not recommend. The staff is argumentative and I was overcharged for two services that were not covered by my insurance.

This place has been the worst experience for me. They keep messing up my appointments with the wrong procedures. After my second check up I found out the equipment that cleaned my teeth wasn't sterilized. They scheduled my last appointment in January as was supposed to be covered. I showed up unprepared to pay and they messed up saying I needed to pay. I didn't get my cleaning. They couldn't schedule me until way out. I've been very patient and nice until Now I just got a call from a very rude lady saying it's my fault. Would not recommend.

So I am horrible about writing reviews. It has been a few months since my appointment but still wanted to give a big things to Dr. Dhillon and Crystal, they were great. I was uncomfortable when I walked in due to a previous experience and Dr. Dhillon was able to put me at ease. Within a matter of minutes I was properly numb and a few seconds later my tooth was out and I barely felt a thing. So so appreciative. Thank you again Dr Dhillon and Crystal.

Advantage Dental of Bend did a thorough exceptional great job.:) I was very pleased from the moment of my arrival. The wait in the lobby was so minimal and Dr. Schuller’s dental assistant Cristal even helped me fill out the paperwork. Dr. Schuller and Cristal are very caring, detail oriented and professional. I personally am not a fan of going to the dentist but after going to Advantage Dental I now am at ease when scheduling my next appointment. I know I will get the best dental care possible at Advantage Dental.

My 12 year old daughter was seen promptly for her cleaning and the staff was professional and friendly.

The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me while addressing my questions in a down to earth manner. He was professional when attending to my specific needs.

Always seeking to take the precautions to ensure the client is at the greatest level of comfort. Excelent service!

I cant say i have always had a positive experience at advantage dental but with the procedure that was done today. They did amazing!

Although the Advantage hygienist and dentist are competent, the supporting accounting and billing organization leaves a lot to be desired. Be prepared to devote the time to untangle billing and collection errors with this organization,

The hygienists are caring and thorough. As nervous as I am going in, I always feel better about myself when I leave.

Prompt friendly service. I appreciate the staff regularly checking with me to make sure I was comfortable during the process. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that appointments are so far apart, when I have several things I need to get done.

Dr. Schueller pulled my tooth.he did a great job! He was super nice and gentle. It was a good experience despite the fact that I don't do dentists well.

I love going to the Bend Advantage Practice! The staff is always so welcoming and kind. My dental hygienist, Amber was fantastic! She was very thorough and gave me a lot of ideas on how to improve my oral health. Overall, great experience!

It was a good experience even though it was for an extraction. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I needed to be seen same day and they got me in. The tooth ended up needing to be pulled and so it was. I then ended up with a dry socket and again needed to be seen same day and they got me in. The dentist and all dental staff and front office were awesome

Great staff, but very slow getting back even with an appointment. It took almost an hour after my appointment time to get seen.
