Advantage Dental+ Canyonville reviews
16Dr dhllion pulled 17 of my teeth the entire time he was doing s he was flirting with his assistant without paying any attention to me the patent. After he did not prescribe any pain meds at all. I have asked around to others who go the same clinic and others this is not normal or ethical
Miranda was very knowledgeable and helpful and she introduced me to Dr. Bass who was amazing! Thank you to them both for taking care of me.
Dr. Dhillon and Shi were amazing. Was so scared and they were so nice, extracted my tooth so quickly. Definitely recommend
We called this dental office due to the fact that we live so close and my nine year old had cracked her tooth and was in pain but from the on set of dealing with them i was disappointed. First they told us we wouldn't be able to get an appointment for several months and then when the day of our appointment arrived my daughter's school accidently called the wrong child out of class so we were a couple minutes late, which i called and told Ebony about and she told us that a long as we were there before 15 sfter we'd be seen. Nope! Once we arrived we were told that the dentist wouldn't have time to see my daughter even though they had zero patients in the rooms and none in the waiting rooms and that she'd have to wait an additional 4 months to get another appointment but we could get on the call list
We sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes they didn' t see a single patient the whole time. What s sorry business and dentist to willingly let a little girl continue to be in pain so you and your staff could play on your phones and yes i saw several of you doing just that. Shame on you.
Worst dental experience of my life and I have been a study patient at the university of Maryland dental school. 1st had to wait over a month for an appointment with the (so called) dental surgeon. After being administered the numbing meds and made to wait an hour I stated I wasn't feeling numb but he still went to extraction anyways where I literally screamed out in pain cussing in the office. Finally after 2 more shots he extracted the tooth. Less then a month later 2 bone spurs pop out of the area. After a rude call back and being told it would be another month with bones sticking out of my mouth thanks to their dentistry. I wouldn't recommend anybody take a horse to this dentistry let alone a person.
Canceled my appointment twice with no explanation. I had to go to the ER for help with the pain I was dealing with.
Made an appointment to be seen in early July. They couldn't get me in until early September, so I patiently waited. The day before my appointment, they called me and asked to reschedule to late September. The day before my appointment in late September, they called me to reschedule again another 2 months out to early November. Then, two days before that appointment they called me once more and left a voicemail asking to reschedule. I didn't even bother calling them back, what's the point? They clearly don't want to have me in there.
Set my appointment and waited patiently the two months to get in. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment, they called to reschedule because they didn't have a dentist that day. Rescheduled again. Waited another month for the appointment. Appointment went fine until I found my followup would not be for 3 more months just to get a cleaning. Decided to go with a different dentist. Advantage now has not forwarded my X-rays after numerous requests, including one in which they hung up on my new dentist's receptionist. I have now had to rescheduley appointment twice due to advantage refusing to send X-rays. In my opinion, this business needs numerous lessons in customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different dentist
They keep rescheduling my appointment. It appears its because I have low income insurance and they are putting others that can pay with cash or have better insurance ahead of me.
Dr. Dillon and Shy are the very best there are. Two teeth pulled and the shot hurt more than my teeth being pulled. I was astonished at how quickly this was done. Shy was great thru out my visit. All in all the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Thank you both for your excellent care.
Dr. Dhillon and Jill were amazing @ the Canyonville Advantage Dental. They had me in and out of there and i didn't experience any pain. Thats pretty good for getting 5 teeth pulled! Overall wonderful experience!
Thank you so much Shy, you were very friendly and helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
Miranda, Thank you for you friendly help with my kiddos and my oral health. We really enjoy our visits with you and looks forward to seeing you again in six months, with healthy gums from your flossing advice. Again thanks for being so cool
The Tracy family

Today i had a cleansing and checkup, I have been going to this dental office for a few years now and I can say highly i will miss it when i move and i will have such a hard time finding such a great place! The staff is caring and will always crack up a great joke with you if you're feeling anxious. My favorite worker though i can highly say is Miranda, she needs more credit because she always makes you feel at safe and at home<3
This is the best dentist I've ever been to. He & the dental hygienist are caring and there was no pain involved in my procedures. My daughter has Aspergers Syndrome and going to the dentist has not been easy through the years (she's 27). She's loves it at Advantage Dental and looks forward to her visits.
