Advantage Dental+ Eagle Point

The staff was friendly, and professional, and the Dentist explained all facets of the Dental Plan and procedures. This was my first appointment and it was timely, meaning just a few minute"s wait fior my apointment and a few minutes between the dental assistant.and the dental exam by the dentist. Reception upon entering were also prompt, professional and personable. I am hoping that subsequent appointments for the procedures will be as smooth and.easy as my first.

Completely unprofessional. They do not care to take the CORRECT or ADEQUATE steps or time to make sure that people know about their booking being canceled THE DAY BEFORE the appointment they had scheduled back in August. The front desk clearly does not care, and the manager seems clueless about the situation. Drove 5 hours for nothing. Looking back on my texts, they have given me automated texts confirming my appointment on the 17th amd to day is the 19th! It is absolutely unprofessional and disappointing. Do better and run a proper business so people do not waste their time, gas, and money.

Drove 5 hours for an appointment that was booked for 5 months. They allegedly called once to cancel the day before the appointment, didn’t text, didn’t email, didn’t apologize. Nothing. Zero responsibility was taken and next to zero effort was made to communicate that the doctor I had an appointment with hadn't even worked there for months

My experience here is always perfect. Best dental experience ever. I drive 45 mins every 3 months, just to come here.

Great experience with Tia, the hygienist! She was very welcoming to our son with disabilities (which is a challenge), quick, and listened to my suggestions for a successful cleaning!

I went in for a filling, & the tooth had to be pulled. This is never pleasant, however they made it as painless as possible!

I wish I could transfer to Eagle point! I am currently being seen in medford. And I have had the worst visits and un kindness. I have a very painful jaw and no one ever exsplains or listens the last 2 times I was in medford I had such bad anxiety I threw up in bathroom. YOU ALL ROCK.

The staff at Eagle Point Advantage Dental is above and beyond awesome people. As patient, we might be frustrated in our daily lives of trying to make appointments, having cancellation with those appointments and just every day unexpected life, but Eagle Point Advantage Dental’s staff really go above and beyond to do their best to take care of their patients.
