Advantage Dental+ Hermiston

Would put 0 stars if possible never go this place! The receptionist is a moron and can't understand plain English and there is always some excuse. First one of the dentists was "sick" rescheduled a week later and they called the wrong number to confirm the appointment the day before and then wouldn't see us when we showed up to the appointment totally unprofessional and if the office staff is that inept I can only imagine the incompetence of the dentists definitely go somewhere else!

Everyone there is so kinda, funny and amazing! They were always talking to me to make me feel welcome, and they were very good at explaining everything they were going to do or what was going to happen. Honestly, I HIGHLY recommend you go, they truly do care about you! They definitely restored my faith in dentist's for sure!

I went in for my sons appt to be told he dident have a appt & he was re-scheduled 3 times already from short staff, i talked to manager sarah and she was very understanding and helped out herself and made sure my son was seen today.thank you so much for the great expierence. I appreciate you. YOU NEED MORE SARAH'S

I love my experience at Hermiston advantage dental they have made my needs a priority. Since I started going there things have changed for the better with my dental needs.

All my visits at advantage dental have been great. The girls who work the front desk always greet me with hi patty and a smile as well as when I leave its a smile and and remind me if I need anything to just give them a call. The dentists and assistants are also so caring and willing to take the time to explain in detail what they are doing. They never make you feel like your asking a dumb question or in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would recommend them 100%

They are a great team. They talked to me like I am someone and it makes my visit were I am not so nervous. I can not say enough about them!

Took my 11yr old today, the staff is extra friendly as usual they are just the greatest. The dentist he saw was so nice to him made him feel comfortable which is nice! Thanks everyone who works there!

Since I had an emergency, infected tooth. They had me come right in I didn't sit down for more than 5 minutes and I was right in the seeing doctor. All the doctors are so kind. They understand that dental work is scarey and act accordingly. Great place.

I had set an appointment in January for June 14th which give or take is a five and a half month wait. When my appointment finally rolls around I wake up and call before I even drive to the office to make sure everything was set, I waited in their waiting room for about 5 minutes when the receptionist calls me up and says that there was a change in providers therefore the request I had made for my appointment wasn’t going to happen so I had to remake my appointment and I have to wait another month, needless to say I am not happy

I got in an hour early, which was a surprise to me. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I wish they could have made my next appointment for 1 year as now I need to remember to do that come January.

My hygienist was very friendly and explained everything step by step. She even engaged with my 8 yo daughter. Very professional.

Dr. Menka is wonderful! The rest of the staff is just as lovely. They ensure each visit that I am comfortable and that when I leave, all of my questions were answered. I’m very happy with Advantages Dental and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Menka moved, and now I have Dr. Sharon. He is also a wonderfully professional and experienced dentist. Thank you!

Just wanted to say the staff at advantage dental are amazing! They all were happy very friendly and more than helpful today. I want to also say katie went above and beyond by staying after hours to help me because my visit went over so thank you! Definatly recommend advantage dental!
