Great experience every time I go. Greg was an amazing teller who even had the generosity to give us a box of cookies! A wonderful location with amazing staff!

I opened my accounts there, each time I have a problem or a questions Tabatha replies to me via email very fast and is always helpful.

*UPDATE*
Tried to refi and it was more of the same - lots of runaround asking me for quotes and invoices because apparently this loan being secured by the car I'm trying to repair and keep safe and roadworthy isn't enough. In the end they denied my request because they didn't like the shop I chose. A total waste of my time money and patience - made me run all around town getting quotes when they apparently wanted me to use their preferred mechanic.

Wasted my money and time without apology. I selected Advantis for an auto loan on a car from California - they said this would be fine if I could do a bridge loan from someone else to buy it and then once it had an Oregon title they would be happy to lend on it. This sounded great so I proceeded to follow their instruction but when I sent them proof I had applied to register they pointed out I hadn't listed them as a lien holder (this made sense to me since they hadn't actually loaned me any money at this point) and would have to wait the 6 weeks for the title to process before being paid. This caused issues with what was supposed to be a very short term bridge loan and once everything finally did clear they charged me yet another $77 title fee to have their name placed on the document essentially forcing me to eat their mistake. I get that most people consider big banks to be the greatest evil in the world but the incompetence that comes with credit unions is more annoying, at least big name banks usually wave the cost when they screw up. Further they then botched my paperwork which required me to come back and sign a second time (neither the underwriter nor clerk who helped me took the time to notice this until it was too late). Normally I could dismiss one or two of these mistakes but they botched literally every step of the process and made me cover the financial cost of their incompetence. I will avoid using this bank in the future.

Had a paperwork issue with my daughter's child support checks.required adding her to all of my accounts. Tabatha was kind, considerate and patient with an overwrought, middle-aged mom and talkative 18 year old daughter. Thanks for the excellent service!

Just walked in to make a withdrawal from a shared branch. Took hundreds out of the ATM, and needed a 20 to be broken into tens, but was denied due to not being a member.

As nice as any of the Advantis branches, but it's worth noting that they don't have cash so they can't make change if you need it. The CU across the street does have cash, however, and can make change for you. Not the end of the world by any means, just inconvenient to have to go to multiple banks.

Great credit union. Their Fusion Checking can't be beat for the best place to keep your liquid assets. Great perks and friendly staff here.

Eva is amazing. I never expected the warmth and friendliness that I encountered during this visit. Happy to have been able to set up my new account here. Can't quite comment on the long term experience, as I just started banking here, but so far, everyone has been great, and setting up my online banking couldn't have been easier.

I love Advantis! Friendly staff, and the fusion checking is awesome! Who doesn't want 3% interest on their checking account? ! Lots of other perks and their loan rates are some of the best I've seen.

New online banking is a nightmare. If you get locked out, you have to wait until next business day to get help.god forbid its a Sat! They have been swamped with problems and the fix-it team doesn't work weekends.
THAT's a PROBLEM! Advantis, get it right or ill take ALL of my banking, mortgage, car loan, visa, checking and savings elsewhere!

I have been with Advantis or Pace as it was previously called since 1992; I have nothing but good things to say about them! The staff, managers, they are the friendliest, courteous I have ever encountered in an American financial institution.

Not a big fan, service has gone WAY DOWN HILL. They are who I do most of my banking with. This may be changing.

1. This is the 2nd time in the past couple months where I've done 'Bill Pay' and though my account says the $$ cleared.it never cleared, was never cashed. "Cleared" only means that they took the money out and sent the check.and if you've ever seen the checks, they don't even look like they come from me, they are written off a different bank and are completely anonymous (which is concerning in and of itself).

2. I cannot talk to the 'billpay' department myself. NO, they're not available, the 'Call Center' doesn't have their phone number.

3. The "Call Center", can't I just talk to a human that works at the credit union?

Dissapointed.

Been very happy with my last four years with Advantis. Not only has the banking experience been excellent (especially the Fusion checking out and the ability to refund ATM fees), but the mobile app has improved vastly the last few years and the customer service has always been top notch.

I thought Advantis was a good bank until I got a mortgage through them and have received nothing but harassment over it. They are now requiring I get flood insurance, didn't disclose the requirement during closing and refuse to accept the official determination provided by Washington County that I'm not in the flood zone. The flood insurance will cost me upwards of $5,500 a year and I will now have to get a surveyor to prove what FEMA and Washington county have already determined. I do not recommend getting a mortgage through Advantis, their loan servicing department is terrible and predatory. I was told they treated hundreds of their clients like this and that many were not even in the flood zone.

I love "Greg", Michelle and Vernise and the whole staff. They've made me feel very welcome! They help me out with any issues I may have. They have saved me a lot of times with little mistakes I've overlooked.
