Adventist Health Home Care Services, Portland OR

The Adventist Health Home Care Services have been very valuable in my challenging post surgery recovery. We are very fortunate to have received the home visits from these well trained kind and caring professionals. The two I have worked with most often are Paul and Brooke, each very talented Physical Therapists. Their understanding, direction and encouragement
was quite useful and productive. Paul is an exceptional provider,
I believe top notch in his field!

I was called 3 times by 3 different nurses to set an appointment for care. The first one dropped the call, the 2nd was extremely rude, the 3rd called to check on the rude one.
The call I got from Ms. Rude was at about 8 AM, and when I complained about the time she responded "I understand that". Constantly referring to me by first name, I hung up. The 3rd made excuses for the 2nd, and ended the call rudely by canceling the referral.
If this is the quality of care you provide I will have nothing to do with your organization. My doctor is looking for a another service provider. Two of the 3 women were strident and confrontational. I wanted a male provider, and the 2 rudes demanded to know for what reason I wanted a male. In retrospect I believe the answer is obvious.
Upshot is, I will never do business with your business again, and will complain to my doctor about your service and attitude.
I would think when dealing with sick older people one would have a modicum of understanding.

This company doesn't cares more about their profits then people. I was with them for 4 weeks, in that time span their physical therapist came to my aid once only, occupational therapist came twice and I never had a visit from their RN to check my wounds to make sure their healing properly.

Do not use Adventist for your home health care because you won't receive any care but be assured your insurance will get billed.

I am very impressed by the customer service provided by this agency and their management team. Kudos to the administrator, Jake Summers and co.for assisting us in coordinating timely care for a mutual patient of ours. They went above and beyond in order to provide high quality care! Thank you team!

I CALLED THEM ON SEPT. 15 2021 AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THEY HAVEN'T PROVIDED THIS SERVICE FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS RM

Friendly, professional nurses, the best home care out there. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable while they're in your home. Cannot recommend highly enough.
