They never call back no matter how many voicemails you leave. They don’t make you feel important. They’re disrespectful. They are not very understanding of your situation. There was a time where someone called me after not working with them anymore because “I had too many chances” when I had a hard time taking care of my grandpa while he was dying. But I felt exposed because he needed to know more details of my personal life. Then he promised me that I would be able to at least have another chance and then I was ignored. It’s been a few years since and they are still the same. You all need to be fired lol and replaced. I would not recommend this agency for anyone. The agents are impossible to get a hold of. Victoria Balzer has been ghosting my partner who works for Aerotek. It's been almost three weeks since his paycheck was supposed to be here and yet they won't give him his paycheck. He's called and emailed every business day only to be ignored. Wouldn't recommend this company if you actually want communication and to be paid for the work you've done.
