7Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever received. I am 100% not a particular or fussy customer; most times I decide color minutes before my appointment. I have had 50+ manicure/pedicures, from various businesses and never have my nails been so bad! I booked a manicure/pedicure with Jazmin Cortes back in May and she filed my nails so thin they were literally in pain during the appointment. During the appointment she also claimed this is really “more of a hobby than a job” for her… I was so frustrated, and I KNOW I should have said something, but I get social anxiety and really didn’t want to make a fuss. 5 months later my finger nails have thankfully grown out, but my toenails are literally destroyed. I had to make an appointment with a podiatrist for the first time ever in my life and was told both my big toe nails will take another 6+ months to recover if I’m lucky! On top of everything, this was the most expensive manicure/pedicure I have ever paid for. Do not waste your money at this establishment; and if you do please don’t trust jazmin as she is just here fulfilling a hobby.

We had an awesome time getting our nails done! The studio is clean, fashionable, and super comfortable. They had complimentary snacks to munch on while I waited for my friend to finish her nails. We both got nail art and were super happy with the result! Will come back again!
