Agave in Bloom Piercing & Fine Jewelry, Medford OR

Me and a friend of mine had gone in to get their new infinity jewelry and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, due to malfunctioning of the machine, we had to come in for two appointments, but the finished product was amazing. It was a pricy purchase, but my anklet has held through full-force running and working out since the second appointment. After the first appointment my jewelry had broken almost immediately after (like I said, machine was burning through my friends chain after mine was welded, so there was malfunctions with the machine) and I had informed them and received a free fix and a refund on my friends welding fee because of the machines problems and having to come in for a second appointment. I had come in for a piercing a year ago and didn’t have the best experience with a guest piercer, but their new employees customer service and work has improved majorly. They apologized profusely for the machines problems and I completely understand learning to troubleshoot problems with something new. I was very happy with the end result and both of the employees that had provided the services.

Mariel is the only person I will let stab me in the head multiple times and pay her for it. She has the Midas touch

Ok, update…. I saw Jasper and it was a very comforting session, very gentle and calming experience…as much as one can when being stabbed with needles…but I love the thoughtfulness and care given to every piercing. They are the only place I go for my high quality jewelry and piercing.

I’ve had two Excellent experiences at Agave, Both for my daughter and myself. Nicole is an amazing stylist who can help you choose pieces and placements to achieve a personalized look.

Agave has an absolutely huge jewelry selection, including BVLA, Dusk, Local Natives, Pupil Hall, Regalia, So Fine and many others! Their customer service can't be beat- they take great care of their clients. Mariel is super nice.

My experience was about 2 years ago and it still haunts me to this day. I don’t mean to be dramatic but I felt so intimidated by this situation. The main issue with Agave in Bloom is the pricing. Not only does she require a non-refundable deposit when booking the appointment, but there are not cheap options for jewelry. I know it is meant to be high quality and infection resistant but there should still be some other reasonable options. This isnt what I had intended when going in and I felt absolutely terrible and awkward feeling forced into continuing on with the piercing after booking two weeks in advance and then looking over the jewelry options in person. I had initially trusted her with this process having gone to her in the past before she got her new location and changed her format of the business. The Rogue Valley is not known for its wealth especially among the on average young people who are typically the ones getting piercings! I’m glad my friend had arrived late and was able to get a refund on her deposit given the unhappy circumstances and knowledge I gave her. I think that this is a great place to go if you have the knowledge of its pricing and intentions of spending a lot for high quality jewelry.

Once again, the service was prompt, friendly and informative. The piercing itself was almost pain-free and my new diamond stud is sparkling next to my other Agave piercings and pieces! LOVE my ear curations from Mariel! I'll be back! Thank you!

My daughter had her first ear piercings. Jasper was very professional, and spoke directly to my daughter about the whole process. My daughter felt safe, and comfortable, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

This was my daughters first ear piercing and the staff was beyond patient and kind. They gave her so much respect and addressed all of her questions and concerns. She left the studio so happy. Thank you for making it such a special experience!

She made me feel so comfortable, knew I was anxious so she explained every step in detail so I wasn’t blindsided by anything, gave me time to chill out, and overall made this very nerve wrecking experience feel easy. I could not be more impressed with the experience Agave in Bloom offers. Jasper pierced my daughter’s ears and was so respectful and thoughtful. I loved the fact that Jasper took the time to make my daughter comfortable and made the experience about my daughter, talking to her and not me about what to expect. I have zero experience with piercing but knew I didn’t want to do this at the mall. I was left speechless at what an amazing and relaxing environment Agave offers. Agave and Jasper are amazing. I would not take my daughter anywhere else.

Agave in Bloom is hands down THE best place I've gotten pierced. Their studio is bright, beautiful, and most importantly-clean! Making appointments at their studio is easily done online, just be sure to allot for enough time to get there and find parking since it's a bit tucked away. I had a great experience over the past month getting my conch pierced and downsized once it healed. Huge thanks to Jasper for their patience with me in choosing the perfect jewelry, making the piercing process as calm and relaxing as it can be, and making really good suggestions for how my jewelry can be styled in the future.
