Had not been to AJ's for some years but thought of them when my car started acting up. Urgent need for quick repairs. Call shop at 730, told to bring car in and would try to diagnose same day nut pretty busy. Dropped car off about 815. Would try to call about noon with diagnosis. Called snout then, gave me diagnosis, gave them ok. Expressed urgent need. Called me about 430. All done. They saved my day with good quality work at a reasonable price. Thanks AJ's. U da best!

I knocked the driver's side mirror off my car and needed to have it repaired ASAP. AJ's came to the rescue and it fixed within a couple of days and now I can safely drive again. AJ's has been taking care of our car for many years and we are so pleased with their service that we will go nowhere else. Also, the crew is always so friendly and helpful and we trust them to treat us faor;y.

I went to them for a air conditioning replacement belt, I’ve never taken any cars into a shop before so to say I was nervous was a understatement as we have all heard horror stories from car shops. The car was dropped off and within the time frame they said it was done! Kevin and Matt are both so kind and nice and I truly enjoyed chatting with them and it’s nice how friendly the shop seemed! I will definitely recommend them and will be returning if future things arise. Thank you guys!

Warning! Stay clear of this place. My elderly Aunt and Uncle took their car checked and repaired. They were told a special hand pump would have to be used to check the motors pressure!? To properly diagnose the problem of the car since it kept stalling out!? They had to have it towed from their shop to be released!? Coersion to senior citizen's, women and minorities. Hold their car unless you agree to their demands for their price of repairs!? Zero stars if I could!

I recently had a used (hybrid) vehicle pre-purchase inspection done at AJ's Auto. John was extremely patient with my questions and I left feeling confident enough to buy the vehicle. Their pricing was fair and the inspection was thorough.

I brought my VW Beetle in for a diagnosis and the guy said it would be $125.00 he tried to RIP me off! I always pay the standard rate of $80 for a simple diagnosis. I asked why so expensive and he said cause they have a special vw membership key. Lies. Trying to fool woman. Dont go.

These guys know what they're doing. I've always been able to get what I need and my car leaves their shop on excellent shape every time super friendly people. They also do courtesy rides: take you home when you drop off the car and come get you when it's ready. Sometimes the wait is longer than estimated but that's only because they're so busy from being so popular. Every time they quoted me a price estimate, the total was within $10-$40 so no surprises when the bill comes up.

Fantastic service! Received recommendation for AJs from my Portland mechanic. I was buying a used car in Salem, and wanted it checked out prior to purchase. Matt was so helpful, so available to work this out for me, kept me updated throughout. SO VERY HELPFUL! (and affordable). Trust them completely.

Needed general inspection of my RV in order to sell it. These guys not only were able to do that for me, but they were all extremely helpful & thoughtful of my concerns. I highly recommend AJ's for you automotive needs.

Make sure to check coupons for their services online! It was a $59.95 value for free! It was my first time getting a car safety inspection from them for a car I was thinking of purchasing. They are very helpful, really know their stuff about cars, and are able to give estimates for any repairs or tune ups. I highly recommend for anyone needing great service, funny staff, and reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service. People are friendly and welcome. They tell you streight up about whats going with the vehicle. I recommend people to come there to get their car fixed.

We have been brought our Honda here several times for routine maintenance and miscellaneous repairs and they always do a great job. The have wonderful staff here, and their quotes are reasonable and a great value for their services.

Was recommended by a friend a few years back. I've been to Ajs twice in the past two years. Most recently, my battery died at a nearby gas-station. Got a jump and went to AJs for a drop in to see if they could check my battery. They took a quick look and managed to get me up and running within 45 minutes. Prices are reasonable and the staff personable and friendly. Would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Aj's. The guys at the counter are entertaining as well as knowledgeable, I'll never go any place else.

My clutch cable broke on my Mustang. They got my car right in, fixed it in less than a day. Great bunch of people!

This repair shop is very shady. When I found surprise charges on my bill the owner came too speak with me and seemed not too care at all with my concern. I'll never take my vehicle here again.

This place is a rip-off. They charged me for work tell me it's done but when I went and got my car after hours nothing was even done! Don't go here if you value your money.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional in the matter in which they conduct their business. Will not be a returning customer
