9Best hummus. Amazing pilau rice. Nicest owner. He also may be Baghdad's finest chef who somehow is in NE PDX.
The owner is wonderful - friendly, generous and thoughtful! The hummus and falafels are probably among the best to be had in the country. So good. Affordable groceries - tea, ghee, jam, wonderful sweets. And the bread is perfect.
The freshly baked breads and pastries, salads, and chicken and rice are just amazing. There is a fantastic bakery right there in the store with hot samoon right out of the oven. According to the owner, the cook was a famous chef at the best restaurant in Baghdad before he moved here. The owner is the nicest man and rightfully proud of his place. Just go there and buy one of everything.

I am so impressed with the fresh variety of bread, sweet and savory. They have chicken or lamb shank hot meals. The food is tasty especially the lamb. You get a huge portion with rice, and small soup. The cost is reasonable, the staff are helpful. The owners are friendly, the guy at the check out is so congenial. He will give you a sample of something delicious just ask. I am glad that I found this deli. Good prices too.
They have great kebab either over the rice or without. They cook when you order, so it is fresh and tasty!
Amazing. Found spices i cant get in Salem and the food is wonderful and the staff super friendly and helpful. If you want actual REAL Turkish foods and spices go here.
