I only have good things to say about my experience at this office! I have been struggling with chronic lower back/hip pain for over 2 years now, and after physical therapy, pain medication, and numerous doctor visits, at 34 years old I was thinking I may have to live with this forever.: (
Dr. Chris and the team scheduled me for a series of adjustments and massage, and gave me some instructions for movement I should be doing at home. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel, and the pain is finally subsiding each week! I am so incredibly grateful! And my OHP insurance covered everything! Everyone on staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Take care of yourself and go see them! Thank you!

Great customer service and the staff are super personable. They are definitely accommodating and affirming with trans and non binary clients. Doctor Eddy and Dominic are both seasoned professionals and always leaving me feeling so much better and I cannot wait to come back in.

LOVE this place! Honestly, coming from a family full of people in the medical field, i've always been a bit skeptical of Chiropractors, but this place has totally changed my mind. The doctors have WONDERFUL bedside manner, and incorporate a lot of physical therapy practices along with chiropractic adjustment. I have a disc injury that recently flared up again, and within three visits I am up and moving like almost normal. All the staff that work there are friendly and amazing too. 100000/10 recommend!

Dr. Mydoungchanh is a complete scammer. Don't waste your time here. The only motivation is to milk medicare and insurance. Patient health is NOT a concern. A better business complaint has already been filed against this business.

EDIT: Notice how all the positive reviews have less than 5 reviews to their name while all the negative reviews are from 10+ reviewers. Seems like a case of review bots.

ANGELA IS THE BEST! SHE IS SO SWEET AND REALLY TAKES TIME TO HELP AND HEAL PATIENTS! Shes so easy to talk to and knows what she is doing! The rest of the staff are also so sweet! The staff are so welcoming and do everything they can to help make your experience there better!

Don't waist your time. For all I know this may as well be a scam. They collected my personal information and set an appointment, I showed up for my appointment, no one was there. No one called to cancel? No one returned my messages? No one answers the phone. I worked for chiropracticors for 10 years and this is exactly why I stopped. Do you think about what it takes for someone to make and keep an appointment? Scheduling off work? Child care? Transportation time? Seeing my doctor for a referral? How about the fact I waited two weeks and was REALLY in need of establishing with a chrio and I just waisted all this time?

Glad this happened before I made it all the way in this office, I'd be furious if I was an established patient and I got no showed with no call. A true disservice to the industry.

Dr. Allison and her work crew are amazing. It's a very diverse clinic and it feels very welcoming.

Drove from Newburg (took over an hour in morning traffic) just to arrive to find out they chose to cancel my appointment with no reason, no call, just sent me an email an hour before (when I was already on the road and obviously not checking emails). So incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was excited to find a chiropractor that took my insurance but I will never do business with this company.

I was hit by a car and injured my neck and shoulder. Dr. Eddie and crew had me back in action in a few visits, all paid by insurance. Much more than just adjustments.
