Our various pets have been patients for over 25 years. The staff of Albany Animal Hospital have cared for our pets for everything from major emergencies to routine visits. The entire staff is terrific, they care deeply, take the time to explain things, and are just nice people!

Excellent care! This clinic provides reliable and quality care for a competitive price! Love the docs and staff. All my animals have been using this clinic for 20 years. Our cat rescue also trusts their dedication and responsiveness to emergent needs. Awesome place!

She made my other dog bleed allover my car from cutting his nails
She charged my card fees without telling me what they were

My dog has been having pain issues and has had to have numerous visits in the past 2 months. Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Sara have been amazing working with us to help get him better. I'm grateful for the caring staff at Albany Animal Hospital!

Took my dog in for possible uti, waited over an hour but I didn't mind. I understand emergencies happen. They offered my dog to be seen by another vet in the practice and discounted the exam. She was very thorough and didn't dismiss my concerns. Staff were excellent as well. Went back for a follow- up appt.after my pup was on antibiotics for a week and symptom free. Just had him see the tech, and received his vaccine for rabies. Will be going back.

We saw Sarah Spangler, and she us awesome. I have never had such great attention to us and our pets. If you want compassion she has it. We had to put our cat down and even though she had just met him, she cried for our loss with us. Amazing. Thanks.

I've been taking my pets to Ken Fletcher for about 30 years now. That should tell you how I feel about him and his staff, lol.

Both of my dogs are uncomfortable at the vet and one is not friendly towards strangers. Dr Glaze is great with both of them. This is the only place Coffey can go for care and not have a muzzle. They also made sure she had a soft surface to lay during the visit as she is an elderly dog. I am grateful to have a place my dogs do not dread to visit.

This is Sugar. She loves her doctors at Albany animal clinic. They have always worked with us with payments for what ever we could do together to give sugar a quality life with love and respect. They stayed by our side to the very end of Sugars life.

Dr. Fletcher is the best. Our dog loves him & his cheese-whiz. Always very friendly & shares his knowledge freely. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

We've been taking our dogs here for about five years. Friendly staff, calm knowledgeable doctors, and they are accomodating - they've been able to make an emergency same day appointment when one of my dogs seemed potentially ill.

The vets are always SO great to my dog who is fearful and growls when he is scared or unsure. They do whatever it takes to make him feel comfortable, and don't just muzzle him and do what needs to be done. I moved to Salem and don't have a car so I had to change vets but I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Fletcher is knowledgeable, informative and kind. He takes time to thoroughly explain and suggest care for your pet. He goes the extra mile.

They were so good to my cat, they were willing to break up testing so I had a easier time paying. They've been prompt to fill my cat's prescription every time. Staff is very friendly. They don't try to push a speciality pet food down your throat either.

I couldn't believe the care of the staff here. They believe in "no fear" animal treatment, got right on the floor with my dog and talked to us for over a half an hour before looking at my dogs ears. My new vet for sure.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies! Dr. Fletcher is a caring, and thorough Doctor. If I could give 11 stars, I would!
