Albertsons, Medford OR

Wonderful variety of groceries. Great quality. Clean store, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, friendly, curtious, knowledgable staff. Handicap accessible. Prices are a little higher but worth it.

Sighn on entetence says masks required but there were 12 people not wearing masks so I will not be doing my shopping there

Friendly staff, good selection which is generally easy to locate, and never a shortage of other shoppers who can't remember their debit card pin number while at the register.

The lady doing carts needs to be more aware of her surroundings. Came in around six and went to grab a cart and she slammed one right into me. Not okay. Shopping was okay but check out was a complete disaster. Self check and only one register open where the cashier was going incredibly slow.

About 4 to 5 months ago they must have hired a new person in the bakery, because the pastries went from mediocre grocery store quality to small business owned quality. So to whoever the new Baker is thank you for taking pride in your work I have gained a few pounds.or more

The “Security” guy treats every rv person like they are camping out here! I got to Starbucks a little bit after 7: 00 am. Next thing I know, I come out to find this warning on my windows! I’m not impressed!

We went in and got Amazing food from the deli and a couple of rock stars when we went to pay our card was not working properly and the lady at the counter her name was Jennifer and she comped Are Whole total we were very grateful because we hadn’t eaten all day thank you Albertsons and Jenny

Average grocery store. It’s the most convenient for me, although it has its issues sometimes. Overall, less busy and better stocked on some occasions than other Safeway/Albertsons in Medford. Wouldn’t say there’s anything special about it but it’s decent and definitely not the worst in Medford. My review is dropping because I attempted to use the app for digital coupons which told me to scan them in store and then clip them. I did so but apparently there was a hidden third step that the app doesn’t make clear, as the cashier impatiently explained to me. I see from previous reviews that another individual had troubles regarding employees and the app 9 months ago. Additionally, the last time I was in the store another cashier was rude to me about something else (something that in that case was 100% employee fault). Furthermore, some of my package were torn and damaged, with others on the shelf looking worse.

It's a grocery store. You grab things and then check them out. Theres alot of homeless guys outside though.

Got some chicken an jo jos from the deli and a few other things. I think there prices are a little high. But if you got there discount club card you save.

The store is very clean. The prices are reasonable. The employees our professional and nice. Has a good variety of items.

Nothing bad to say! The staff is helpful and patient! I am a huge couponer and they will take the extra time to help and don't make you feel like it a chore! Not to mention the cakes are on point
