Albertsons / Safeway reviews
13I went in when shelves were getting stocked. Non-Safeway worker putting chips on shelves couldn't be bothered to assist. What ashame it reflects on Safeway.
The Albertsons/Safeway Grocery Stores have always been, and after merging, have always remained good grocery stores to shop.
They're hiring for meat and all I could think of when I saw the sign was "midnight meat train".
Also, they have a Starbucks inside.
Shelf products are great, but their seafood/meat is a hard pass. We got shrimp and it was slimy and there were multiple shrimp that were off. Super gross, threw it all out.
This was just remodeled into a safeway. Very convenient stop for after work shopping trips!
Update: Still a clean store, they have a sushi section now. I still love to shop here especially with the friendly staff and cleanliness
The employees there are fantastic but they always run out of something and coin star machine is broken last time I checked, always something missing
The ribs are great these guys cook those roads for like 2 or 3 hours on the barbecue I'm just amazed it might even boil them before they do that and then it has just an ultra good taste fair for the price a little bit on the high side but it works
It's Safeway.so the weekly ad for some awesome deals. Nice selection of for and veggies, big frozen section, some precooked stuff and a pretty nice alcohol section. Has your usual hair, baby, pet, home essentials.
Safeway is always good for fruits and vegetables. Plus the sandwiches they make in the deli are pretty good.
To expensive and no real deals. The atmosphere may look better but they just made there prices much higher. Only went for a couple items and spent almost 70$ for less than a bag of groceries
I pick up groceries from this Safeway on a weekly basis, and want to acknowledge Steve, the pickup manager. He goes above and beyond in customer service. He’s friendly, and has contacted me when an item that was out of stock at the time of my pickup comes back in stock to tell me he set the item aside for me to pickup at a my convenience. When I call to tell him I’ve arrived for my pickup, he greets me by name before I say anything.
I’ve switched from Walmart to Safeway since Steve became the manager of grocery pickup. I highly recommend this store because of his friendliness and attention to detail.
This store has great service. I highly recommend this store. I created a rewards account online where I add the weekly ad coupons as well as the shop for U discounts. I save a minimum of $160 each month by taking advantage of these discounts. Thats not including the savings I get with my fuel points with the rewards program. There are times that I have saved $1 per gallon off fuel. Plus I use some of my rewards to get free items that I get to choose. I have also ordered groceries online and picked them up, which is a free service. I actually look forward to getting groceries!
This location has been a grocery store serving the community since the 1930s.great store and friendly staff!
