Grocery Store Albertsons reviews
16I'm usually not a fan of Albertsons and only shop there if I need something, and there's not another option close by. I was pleasantly surprised with this specific Albertsons location. I interacted with four different store employees. Three of them were upbeat, friendly, and talkative. I will probably shop there again.
The staff here is great and hard working. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Store is clean and everything well stocked. I don't go anywhere else.
The brain dead employees in the meat department have no idea what is actually on sale and what isn't.
The brain dead checkout employees up front have no idea how to read a sign.
None of the employees will listen, they'll just act like they can't be wrong.
I can see why Albertsons went out of business in every other market.
Hire someone who has the communication skills of someone beyond middle school.
Won't be coming back to this idiot palace.
I love this store. I practically live there lol I mean because I shop there multiple times daily. And my trips are usually quite pleasant, except for this morning. The woman who was working the self checkout area kept giving me dirty looks and somewhat invading my personal space trying to look inside my bag. Had she asked I'd have gladly shown her. She gets so riled up by my presence and the fact that I have a backpack on she says some very rude things about me and I guess any other person in the store with a backpack to a fellow co-worker. Saying that we only wear backpacks to steal and why can't we leave them at home like everybody else, NOT taking into account that I can hear her (or maybe she wanted it that way? She made it very clear I was not welcome) and stereotyping me as a theif due to the fact that I had a backpack on. Little does that woman know that I am homeless and if I do not want certain things to be stolen I have to carry then with me, easiest way is a backpack. She was incredibly rude, went out of her way to invade my personal space and to make me so uncomfortable and feel so unwelcome I left. I couldn't and still cant believe someone like that is working there in a position where you are interacting with people!
My favorite thing about this Albertsons is how friendly and nice the employees are and that woman just messes up the whole energy flow in there with her negativity and assumptions based upon the way someone looks or is dressed or whatever. I hope to not have to experience that again from her or anyone else (although I haven't ever experienced anything like this with any other employees I've interacted with in the 6 years I've shopped at this store)
I love going to this Albertsons because I know where almost everything is but I needed help finding one thing the other day and Jakob from self checkout made sure I found my item! Thank you again, y’all should give him a raise because you KNOW he goes above and beyond for his customers! Great service all around here
Wow does this albertsons make my local one feel janky. The back smell of just cleaner and not old fish and cleaner. But sadly, the self checkout is Is anemic. I could tell the self checkout attendant wanted to help me with my basket. I held onto it like it was important to me. Its not you, its me.
This Albertsons on Hilyard basically birthed and raised me. I have never had a bad experience here and this will always be my go to. I’ve seen it change over the years but its services and the home feel is still there. Note: those of you who are rating this place LESS than 5 stars.you must not be local to this neighborhood and do not truly know how amazing this place is.
Cake case was musty and ur bathrooms were god awful do better. Never stepping foot in an Albertsons again.
Our go-to grocery store, so fortunate to be able to walk.
Get the app for great sales
This place has good stuff but. They lack in spicy shrimp. For that I am afraid I must knock them down a star. I shall give them the final star when they acquire and start selling spicy shrimp
Really good Albertsons with a great selection, but an awkward parking lot and street access. Would not recommend as a pit-stop for a newer driver.
Thank you, Nadine, for always helping me find what I need and for your kindness and support!
Stopped in to grab some warm lunch from the deli. Did not disappoint! They have a great selection to choose from and the staff are very friendly.
I recently had a RX filled at the 30th Ave location. Mattison assisted me in transferring my RX from another pharmacy, she enrolled me in texts alerts, today when I picked up the RX she was also helping me. Even though they were incredibly busy both times she was so helpful, didn’t rush me and made me feel at ease. I was also able to get my RX with an 80% savings because of GoodRX.
Good selection of groceries. If you watch out for their weekly ads and digital coupons, sometimes you can get really good deals!
