Staging area is available you can come 1 hour before appointment. Walk to guard shack. Wear safety vest and shoes. Guard will assign you the dock. Take paperwork to shipping/receiving office. Takes 2+ hours for unloading. They will call you for lumper fee. Option for self unloading is available. Clean washroom. Free coffee is available at guard shack and office. Staff is nice. Night parking not allowed in staging area. Night parking is allowed on NE San Rafael Ave, East of NE 181st Ave.

Arrived at 5pm the day before delivery.they will not unload you earlier thatn 2 hours before your appt.there are some parking spots (around 15) if you get here early you may get lucky.
Very slow unloading from 6: 30am -11: 30 am and expensive Lumper fee.

They have a parking area cannot park until one hour of delivery time. It would be easy to back into but they choose the hardest spots in the back where there is a building so you will have trouble because there are other trucks there. The lumber and the peolpe where nice. But it took me 6 hours to get unloaded. $428.00 dollars to unload me. Next time I'll unload myself and keep the money. 6 hours is not ok. Make sure you have a full clock. If you don't you will be getting a out of service.

Unbelievable slow unload. They've been talking out 7 pallets for 6 hours.

This place needs to get it together all this walking and still didn't no what to do with cross dock loads smh
