I can't say the same for management in a lot of ways I would compare them to slumlords. But the residents of this apartment complex are some of my favorite people at least for the most part. You always get a few bad apples. I've had customers here help me carry huge packages up flights of stairs that aren't even theirs. Out of the six years I've been doing this route I've never had to do a driver follow up at this complex. Meaning the residents don't seem to steal each other pkgs. ️

Beware parking in the parking lot if you don't live there they will have you towed. Gunshots at least once a week
