Fantastic Oaxacan food.mole, memelita and tlayuda are all amazing and the salsa have great flavor and spice

The mole enchiladas with homemade corn tortillas were perfection! (Gluten free is standard) So glad we dropped into this spot! It’s a food cart with very casual seating. I’d eat here weekly if Ididn’t live 3 hours away.

Wow! Seriously good food here! We got the tlayuda and memelita. Both incredible! Also the service can’t be beat!

The quesabirria was amazing. My first time having it. The beef was so tender and tasty. Great value! It’s served with a broth to drink separately or to dip your quesabirria into.

I came here on the recommendation of Google, and I am so glad I did. The pork chorizo breakfast ago was one of the best burritos I’ve ever had in Oregon. It was Kristi and flavorful and Atlantic, it was 24 meals for me. The service was quick and friendly, and there were lots of little tables to sit in the hostel’s backyard.

Truly exception food. Authentic and one of the best moles I have had outside of Mexico. You cannot go wrong.

Straight up delicious. No need to say to much. Food was amazing, salsa was fire! Make a stop, fill your belly and smile.

First time eating here, and I was very happy to find this gem in Oregon. They have fresh, authentic Oaxacan-Mexican dishes and drinks! There is plenty of space to sit, eat, relax and hang out. Parking is limited.

I ordered their 3 Mole Enchilada plate. At the time it came with 3 enchiladas smothered in chocolate based mole, topped with queso fresco, onion and parsley. The tortillas themselves tasted handmade. They were thick and had good flavor. The mole had an authentic taste. It had a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, which not many are able to achieve. I am used to a more spicy mole in my household, but this one was well balanced; therefore, delicious. The cheese and onion complimented the mole very well and added freshness to the dish. The beans were delicious and simply melted in my mouth. The rice had a nice flavor and consistency. Mole is a traditional treasure, and rigorous to make. And this mole was a really good one. I recommend it.

I was also able to try their Torta de Carnitas. The torta came with refried black beans, mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato. The carnitas were packed with flavor and almost buttery. The beans had a great taste to them that complimented the carnitas. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was a good size and very filling. The side of tortilla chips were crunchy and salted well. They tasted fresh and were warm.

To drink I had an Agua Fresca de Jamaica. It was delicious, perfectly sour and sweet. It was also very hydrating and paired well with both dishes. Recommend!

Bomb quesabirra tacos with consomé! Could eat here everyday. Mole is awesome too. Highly recommend this spot at Bunk and Brew.

Really no other way of putting it besides best Birria in Bend. If the brew house had michiladas I think I’d never leave

Love that you mark stuff as vegan but there isn't any description as far as what is in it when you order online.

Amazing food! I recommend the birria tacos and the carne asada burrito super good and tasteful. They also make homemade tortitas.

Low key obsessed with the mole enchiladas! The meat is so flavorful and tender, the mole sauce is amazing, the tortillas are actually flavorful, just everything about this dish is perfect. Also, the consume is so delicious I could drink that stuff all day long. Don’t forget to try to horchata! Love the addition of the pecans and melon.
Bunk and Brew is a little grimy and I wish they did a better job at having a nice place for the food cart customers to enjoy their meal, but whatever, that has nothing to do with how amazing the food is at Alebrije. I usually just get food to go to avoid eating here.

Mole enchiladas were great!

Rice and beans could use some more flavor personally I would put some garlic cloves and garlic salt when cooking beans. The rice I would imagine some tomato flavored chicken bullion could go along way.

I love to see there’s a place serving really good mole enchiladas! Rare find!

This place has huge potential in bring “at-home” authentic style cuisine!

I used to have another favorite Mexican restaurant in Bend but that's no longer the case as the quality and authenticity of this place has taken first place for me! So many delicious options like the freshly made chips, mole enchiladas, tortas, burritos, pozole and menudo (as non permanent specials). Heavily recommend you try it out!
