Alice's Country House, Tillamook OR

First time here. Was a little further off 101 than expected, but we'll worth the drive.
Whole Biscuits and Gravy was good, but too much (Should have got 1/2 order. I think server hinted at this, but I didn't pick up on the hint).
Wife's pancake was bigger than the plate, and lots of good bacon.
BTW.everything we saw carried past our table looked really good. Want to try one of their sandwiches.
Walls and ceilings covered with cool old logging photos & tools. Plus a copy of Arlo's album in a hutch.
Will definitely return when in the Tillamook area.

We enjoyed breakfast here in Dec 2022 and we can't wait to visit again and try lunch and dinner. There are a variety of seating options and plenty of room for big groups. The service was kind, attentive, and helpful. Felt like we were regulars, although it was our first time there - great spot to enjoy a yummy breakfast. I don't remember the name of our dishes, but both of our dishes were super tasty! Fresh homemade jam and the pancake was so good!

Update, we enjoyed lunch in Feb 2023. My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich with sweet potatoe fries and I had the chicken wrap with tots. Very yummy!

I have gone here twice with my boyfriend the past 2 weeks, the second time due to the fact it was amazing! I ordered the breakfast skillet both times because I was so impressed with it the first. My boyfriend got a huge portion of chicken fried steak the first time and the second time ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Both were absolute hits.

It was meh, very pricey but you get a lot of food! My glass had lettuce in it from not being cleaned well. The tables were dirty. The mushrooms in my omelet were soggy and oily, not crisp at all. I couldn't finish it because I kept gagging at how gross it was. More than likely, I would never go again.

The best place hands down anytime we head to the coast. The food is out of this world, the staff are patient with tourists, and the small diner vibe in the woods you’ll never find a better feel. One time, I had to stay with my three year old outside after I ordered so he didn’t disturb anyone since he was being a kid and they came outside with my order. So kind️

Omg. I don't know how to really sum it up, but I was absolutely blown away:)! The ribeye was amazing, the ambiance is very much akin to its age, good old fashioned home cooking, with a feel of a family run business.

We'll definitely be back, my only wish is they had bumper stickers so I could proudly share them with the rest of the world on my vintage RV:)

We stopped here on our way from Portland to visit the Oregon coast and the meal was delicious. I had the corned beef hash (two poached eggs) that was incredible and my wife had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and link sausage. Her gravy was not very hot but the flavor was still good. The jam that came with my sour bread toast seemed homemade and was really good. We were there on a Sunday morning in October and the place was dead, but our server said the foggy weather may have contributed to that. It was neat to see the old photos of the buildings when it had cabins behind it. Great breakfast spot!

We have eaten here a few times and every time the food has been delicious and the service has been amazing. Come hungry because the portions are HUGE.

The best chicken fried steak I've ever had. This food has an old time iron skillet farm house taste that is only achieved through experience. Nestled in the Oregon woods, this place deserves a stop. You won't be sorry

Great little cafe on the Wilson river with excellent food and a little ice cream cones and homemade pies and cinnamon rolls also everything is made from scratch if ever down there or on your way to Tillamook u will not be disappointed i never am and the staff is also great they are rite on it when u ask them for something. All around great place stop in check it out

The food was fantastic- good ole home cooked food- it was delicious! The prices are very reasonable and a great atmosphere. Oh and the homemade pie was yummy too!

I love the food here! I usually get the waffle with strawberry topping, eggs and bacon or ham. Delicious! Our waitress is very efficient, not very chatty, but still friendly!

My husband & I were heading to Tillamook from Eugene. On route 6 we saw Alice’s Restaurant- did a u-turn & was super glad we did. The breakfast was AMAZING! I had the oysters & eggs. DEEELICIOUS! My husband had the homemade biscuits & gravy. Everything was homemade, even the raspberry jam. Waitress was very friendly too! WORTH the stop!

We have driven by this place a millon times and finally decided to go get lunch. Im so glad we did! Super cute place, very homey as it's in a house turned restaurant. Service was quick as we were 1 of 2 tables. Charming place, the food was really really good. I'm excited to come back for breakfast, which is served untill 2. We got the Lousianna Burger with Fries and The Mushroom burger with deep fried mushrooms and potato salad.

Really disappointed with Alice’s restaurant every time you order a Ruben it comes with American cheese bread is very soggy don’t pay attention to details and no dressing on the Ruben

Great food. Fun atmosphere. Had the Crab Benedict and it was fantastic. Plenty of homemade pies; the marionberry was a hit and a scoop of ice cream from Tillamook, with several flavors to choose from in the freezer.
