Awesome job after Les Schwab dropped the ball three times these guys are personal and they listen

This place was recommended to me by a Tire store that does not do alignments (I know, right?). VR Alignment Techniques got me in the very next morning. I was very happy with the professionalism from the staff. I have a habit of asking a lot of questions when I don't know about something, and the folks at VR Alignment Techniques were not at all put out by this, and they answered all of my questions. Will continue to use this shop.

Been going there for almost 10 years. Good service. Price seem to have drastically increased. Paid $99.00 for an alignment for them to only adjust the toe after installing new suspension components. I will look elsewhere in the future due to the high cost for a simple alignment.

Went here on a recommendation from Thuren Fabrication. Excellent work, fast, and friendly. Do your vehicle a favor and come here first for alignments.

I've used Alignment Techniques for 9 years and always been happy with the work performed. Since the new ownership of VR Garage the service has really become substantially better. They're always pleasant no matter how busy and they still deliver amazing work no matter how big of a challenge I drive down to them.
Definitely the only place to bring your auto-x/track car for the season!

Charged top $ to install a new idler arm, used a cheap non OEM part, didn't even install the required zirc fitting to lubricate the bushing, part failed in 5 months. Go elsewhere.

I brought my jeep to VR Techniques and asked for a suspension alignment- new steering parts and front axle caster was off. The shop aligned the wheels (POORLY, they were toe'd out 3/8") and didn't touch my suspension. They were very aggressive with my freshly painted parts- there are pipe wrench marks bitten in to each end of my tie rod and they're 1/16" deep, I cant even sand that out to paint!
I brought my jeep to them a second to time, brought them all outside and pointed at the part I wanted adjusted in order to fix the caster. They. Still. Didnt. Do. It. They told me my jeep would "wobble" ha! Sorry but thats not how that works, this shop is poorly educated on true suspension geometry and it appears they just do what ever their big fancy TV tells them to do and nothing else. Caster angle is extremely important on a lifted straight axle vehicle and the slightest adjustment can make a huge difference.
I ended up, in all frustratedness, doing the caster adjustment myself- it literally took 20 minutes. I realigned with a tape measure and my jeep drives tenfold better now than when this shop "aligned" it. I will certainly be having another shop double check my tape measure alignment and tweaking from there.

These guys are supposed to be the best, but they do get sloppy. I paid for an alignment, was told the vehicle was aligned and what the problem was is my lower control arm bushings needed replacement ($1400). My truck was returned to me, aligned, but driving worse than ever and after pulling everything apart to inspect the lower control arms they were perfect. I took the truck to my dads favorite mechanic (of 30 yrs), had the vehicle aligned and its now better than ever.

Stay away from this shop. Go to someone you trust. I'll never go back.

Been coming here for years, even with the new ownership it's still THE place to go for a good alignment in Bend! Stacy is awesome!

This shop took care of me. I had an alignment issue when i had work done by the "other guys" and my tires were starting to wear out in a weird pattern. Took the truck in and got amazing service and the truck is driving better than new. 10/10 would recommend.

Simply put Alignment techniques did not do our alignment on our truck, even though we paid for it! We had to double check their work based on a conversation with our mechanic. Turns out we had to put an additional $90 out to have our alignment done and done correctly! This business is shady and does not do good and honest work. Do not use this place for alignments they don’t actually do the work they charge you for!

First time there they resolved an issue that five different mechanics that balked on. It took them about an hour. Only thing I'll say is that I'm glad that I didn't have to go to the insurance for payment as their policy for dealing with insurance companys and insurance payments is a bit of a pain but it strikes me that this is one of those places where people put up with that because these folks are the best at what they do and if you want them to do what they do for you than well, it is so to speak their way or the highway, however non straight a path you may have to take to get there! Overall this was an exceptional experience. Highly recommended.

This place has traded ownership since I was last in. Prices had gone up considerably, but they were on time, efficient and took time to explain the results. Could tell quite a difference.

Great place, quick and honest people and the front desk gal was amazing. They kept me looped in the progress and I never felt in the dark!

I had heard that this place was awesome. But when I got my truck back it was missing a bolt (supposed to be torqued to 120 ft/lbs) from front steering linkage. When I called them to discuss the missing bolt I was met with “thats not our fault, our people have 30+ years of experience, it’s impossible that its our fault. ”

Is it possible that after 30+ years of experience you might miss putting in one bolt? Is it the customers job to double check your work? Just admit your mistakes next time and make it right.

Extremely helpful, and great with their work. They found anything that was causing my vehicle problems, and discussed how to fix it. This company goes above and beyond, past just alignment, brakes, and shocks. I highly recommend them.
